Using Fire & Hail Restoration, I was able to restore my townhouse to its former glory. An intoxicated driver destroyed everything on the first floor of my townhome (everyone is fine). Throughout the entire house, everything had to be rebuilt, from the basement staircase to the second floor, along with the outside and interior walls, framed windows, and a gas fireplace... in short, the entire house had to be rebuilt. I am happy to say that after ten months I have been able to remove all the debris, ruined personal items, and hired an amazing cleaning crew. A very stressful process is made easier by Rico's patience, responsiveness, and kindness. As I went through one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life, he provided excellent service. I thank Rico as well as Fire and Hail Restoration for their help!

I worked with Brad Coley and was very impressed with him and his team. They were able to work with my insurance company to get my roof replaced and all I had to pay was my deductible. Good evening, I’m writing this review with such Joy. I want to say thank you to Devon with Fire and Hail for getting our roof replaced with ease. He took the stress completely out of the situation. After the initial no hassle free of charge inspection he informed my husband and I that we had hail damage. Which wasn’t a surprise. Our insurance company had come out once and sent someone to inspect it but said that there was no issues. We have had this happen to us before and ended up paying out of pocket for a new roof. We reached out to a family friend and they referred us to Devon. He did such a wonderful job working hand and hand with our insurance company that didn’t want to fix the roof. Long story short after Devon worked his tail off we were able to get the roof replaced and we ended up only paying our deductible. My grandfather asked me to leave this review for Matt and Rico. They did exceptional work negotiating with the insurance company to approve a fire loss in his Triplex. Negotiations with insurance took longer than expected. But mostly because of my adjuster. Once finances were approved. The work got completed fairly quickly. Highly recommended

Dennis their sales guy came to my door and as all sales guys do he wanted to sell a roof, however I was prepared to say no and I was no easy customer to work with but I must say Dennis was thorough and delivered answers in a flash. His follow-up combined with the knowledge of Brad the co-owner gave me valid information to digest. These guys were not pushy and allowed me to take my time to make my decision. I met them in July and the roof was installed today. For day of install these guys were clean fast and very polite while working on my property! I have nothing but great things to Say about Devon and the Team at Fire and Hail. We haven’t had the roof inspected in the last 2 years we have lived here in our home. We started to see a lot of Roofing company’s come through our neighborhood and trying to sell us and our neighbor’s new roofs. We used Fire & Hail Restoration for the reconstruction phase of our house after having extensive water damage inside. The entire team at Fire & Hail Restoration has been great to work with! From the beginning in working with Matt Plowman and his expertise in the industry making it easy to navigate our insurance company conversations. Our Project Manager, James Thomas was thorough, and detailed when I came to the process of the reconstruction. The labor team was professional and speedy. They did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. They got it done faster than I thought they would, with minimal upset to our family routine. I understand materials can be heavy, but a few times it sounded like they were throwing them on the roof. Though, my kids enjoyed looking out the window, watching the roof tiles being replaced.Nick was with us every step of the way. He stayed for the entire insurance adjuster's inspection. He came out on the work day to check that things were going well. Nick also followed up with us once the work was done. Nick was honest, and explained all the paperwork to us in detail. Brad Coley and his team do great work.  They inspected our roof for free and found a little hail damage to it but not enough for a new roof.  They gave us an estimate to repair the damage and advised us to not file a claim with our insurance company.  Every other roofing company was trying to get us to file a claim, and Brad and his team educated us on why that wasn’t necessary and how it could negatively impact us if we did.  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

Brad Coley and his team at Fire & Hail Restoration are second to none. I was under contract to purchase a home and everything moved very quickly when we found out that the roof had significant hail damage. Brad was able to guide me and my realtor through the process of having the seller contact their insurance company ASAP to have them pay for the roof. I was extremely impressed and happy with his knowledge about roofing and also his knowledge regarding the insurance claim and claim process.
