Jamie and Mike from Green Gable Roofing & Exteriors provided excellent service for their repair today. Replacing the damaged window frames with an upgraded drainage system for the windows so they would not rot again.They were efficient in providing these services. Almost made no noise as they removed and replaced the frames, this is amazing as we thought the process would be very noisy.Extremely professional in telling us the process and making repairs quickly and cleaning up any left over materials. So clean, thank you.I would recommend Jamie and Mike for any project and would hire them again in the future when we need more help with roofing, windows and exteriors.THANK YOU!

Company overall is so-so. It took them 3 days to get out to do the mitigation on my water leak so my carpet was done for and the subfloor was somewhat moldy. They said that they called me and my voicemail was full so they didn't leave a message, but I never received a call from them until my insurance called them again.Terrell was great to work with though. He was really detailed, made sure that each level was getting properly dried, and set up a barrier to make sure everything was blocked off. He kept it nice and tidy the whole time.The company overall though, I'm not sure about. They kept sending Terrell out here alone to do most of the work. I feel like they should have called me more times than one if they really wanted the job. Idk. Make your own judgements and choose I guess.

After filing an insurance claim regarding dishwasher, Green Gable Roofing came out to start resolving possibilities of mold and asbestos. Chico Santiago explained the process of accessing the damages and how the company would be in contact and work with the insurance company. He kept us informed and answered any questions promptly. The work was done in a timely matter and we are very satisfied. All the employees that came and did work were friendly and professional. We would use Green Gable Roofing again and recommend their services. Thank you.

I'm currently dissatisfied by the work green gable did on my roof. Update to response: you replaced our roofs in a joint hoa and caused 2 new leaks which has disturbed asbestos and damaged hvac equipment and attempted to repair a existing leak and wasn't fixed farther disturbing asbestos.

My wife and I had sort of an emergency issue that needed cleaning immediately. Our plumbing contractor got in touch with Green Gable, and they were out at our house within 45 minutes to check out the issue. Chico came out around 5:30pm, did his inspection, and came back the next morning to begin the clean up work that needed to be done in our basement before we could install new plumbing. He came back the next two days just to check on the progress, and was back on the third day to finish the job. We are so thankful for their quick and efficient work!

Overall the project was a nightmare. This company was referred by Allstate, the claim was made due to a roof leak, which caused water damage to the ceiling and wall inside. Shortly after making the claim they showed up at the house to get started on the dry out. Steve showed up routinely to check on the dry out process, and eventually to do the demo portion. That portion was quick and efficient, the rest was completely opposite, like pulling teeth to get anything done. The communication was one of the biggest issues, telling us they'd be there on a Wednesday between 10-noon, then not showing up at all and then the office apologizing saying they thought it was scheduled for Thursday. Communication on their end with each other was also very poor, having workers show up who hadn't worked on the project and were unfamiliar with any materials they needed before showing up. There's not enough time to list all of the communication issues, but there was one day where they told us they'd arrive between 8-10am, but they didn't show until 11. When the guy showed up at 11, he stuck around for 10 minutes making notes about what materials he'd need, and then didn't show back up until after 3pm. My girlfriend and I had to take multiple days off of work, at least 6 days between us, for this job to be completed. That alone cost us more than the entire project. There was never an insurance adjuster who came to look at my damage, and I don't believe that Green Gable did a good job capturing the entire scope of the damage. I had another contractor over shortly after the job was complete, and he doesn't believe the job was done to code. In the areas that the drywall was removed, there was no insulation between the drywall and the exterior wall, and when they completed the job they didn't put any insulation up. I have code upgrade coverage in my insurance policy, so I am having it looked into to see if it all needs to be redone properly. This job obviously was a nightmare, so I got the phone number of the owner from one of the contractors at my house and we spoke for probably 45 minutes while I aired my grievances. He apologized and explained some of what was happening, and told me he would get back in touch with me after looking over my file. I never heard back from him, and eventually we just received an invoice. Since we're looking into the work, we hadn't paid the invoice, and after a week or two they applied a courtesy discount without us contacting them. The courtesy discount is great, but I am a man of my word and expect when somebody says they are going to call me back, that they will. I recommend you save yourself multiple headaches and arguments by finding a different company.

Will never recommend this company to anyone. This whole process was absolutely atrocious. Not only did it take over 2 months to complete a 100sqft project, but when we started demanding a deadline for the project to be met, they still were two weeks behind. We had to take off multiple days to be at the house to meet them and every single time they were multiple hours late. I could have been at my office during that time they just didn't show up and would have saved me the hassle of having to ask my manager for another day off. It got so bad that we had to get the owner's number from a contractor to tell him how displeased we were because it was clear the office wasn't relaying how furious we were. Scheduling was awful. Communication was awful. Don't even get me started on customer service. Every time a group of contractors came out, it was a different group who had to be brought up to speed by us. The end result of the project was fine, but I grew grey hairs over communicating with this company who put all the blame on lack of staff and resources due to COVID. Not our problem. We asked for a discount and they still charged us full price. While some was covered by insurance, we still switched insurance companies because what reputable company recommends Green Gable. Do not do business with this company. Save yourself the time, money and stress.

We needed our front railing repaired as it had deteriorated over time.John was able to get it up to tip top shape again in a short amount of time and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. I want to give a shout out for the excellent customer service I have received over the last few years. We had our roof replaced due to the hailstorms that passed through. While the flashing was not within their scope of work, Green Gable came out and made necessary repairs to eliminate leaks that were making their way into our house. This was done free of charge. This company is very professional. (Green Gable Restorations)They came through for me when my crawlspace flooded. Chico Santiago is the man that came out and did a fantastic job of fixing everything. He treated this situation as if it was his own home that was damaged and it showed that he is a caring person and wants to make sure you are taken care of to the best of his ability. Green Gable Roofing & Exteriors Company represented my insurance company to perform an assessment of damages to my roof. I do not know if their responsibility was to perform a quick, limited inspection or not.Their assessment did not worth the cost of my time and wasted air. My insurance brought their own adjuster to assess the damages and to see for themselves the extent of my damages.My insurance adjuster assessed the damages to be nearly $10K compared to Green Gable Roofing & Exteriors' estimate of under $500.00!! Maybe there was a mistake or am I missing something here?I would appreciate this company to provide me with an explanation to several questions: 1) Why did your estimate came in abysmally low?; 2) Did you simply performed a limited visual inspection for the insurance company to determine that my roof was damages?; 3) How did you come up with that number?; 4) Was this number based on the cost of service to the insurance company for reimbursement of your time?; and 5)Would you care to explain your relationship with the insurance company and describe what level of service you were contracted to perform?I have hired a contractor and their estimate came in a bit above the insurance company adjuster. I am a bit confused.

Very disappointed with Green Gable.Giving them two stars since initially they were fast and responsive when I had to file an insurance claim due to some water damage. They got all the equipment in to dry out the basement and other areas that were damaged (including ripping out ceiling, etc).After that, however, it was a nightmare. They kept rescheduling the jobs to finish the work (I think in total the job took like three months for them to fully complete and it wasn't that big of a job... maybe 2-3k in total costs and I had a hole in two ceilings of my house for a good two months waiting for them), the first painter they sent painted the ceiling two different colors, their painting work at the edges of the ceiling are inadequate and clearly show they didn't put two coats of paint along the edges.

After heavy rain yesterday I noticed quite a bit of leakage into my laundryroom and also my garage. I called Green Gables Roofing and got an appointment for a roof check today. The roof repairman, Dave, arrived and fixed the leaks promptly. He even had to run out to get a needed part. I certainly highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

Deserae came out as the inspector for insurance. She took few pictures saying that is all that would be needed to turn into the insurance company, and she would put full need of repairs in writing to insurance. The insurance company then would only pay for repairs for what was in the photos she sent in (they need photo evidence). I went with green gable to do repairs they should know what need to be done they inspected it . They use lower quality material than what I original had just to make the price they quoted. when they do damage on the drywall inside the house (replaced sky lights) they fix it by putting a piece of trim over it to hide the missing drywall. getting this much took three calls I gave up on getting it done right. then they were to replace trim on the out side of house and window screens. the locking tabs on the screens where ether bent or lost when they removed them the replacement screen material was installed with out stretching it like it should, The trim material they used does not match the rest of the trim and is like pressed cardboard. I do not recommend using this company unless you get the exact material to be used in writing. then sit there and watch and document all the damage they do and get it in writing that they will fix it not just cover it up.

Green Gables came out to take pictures and provide the estimate to my insurance company. Not only did the estimator Deserae fail to do so, I had to follow up numerous times with others in the company to complete the estimate. I was told Deserae was out sick, but regardless they never communicated with me or anyone else. I ended up having to use a separate roofing company's pictures to complete the estimate. Green Gables cost me over two weeks of delay in my project as well as many hours of phone calls.

He walked me through a complicated insurance claim process and was very knowledgable on that front too. He's friendly , and professional- simply the best!

I was referred to GreenGable Roofing and Exterior by an insurance agent. I was pleased that their representative promptly went and evaluated the job. He contacted me and said the job would be " around $700". I then received an estimate of $850.00 . I felt this was a large discrepancy and requested a $50.00 reduction in the cost to which the representative agreed. I advised the representative that I would move forward with his company if he would guarantee that the work would be completed before the arrival of upcoming inclement weather which he assured me would happen. The work was not completed within this period, it then required multiple calls on my part to find out when the work would be scheduled, at no time did the representative contact me or text me with any information as promised. As I was out of town I was told that I would receive before and after pictures of the work once completed. It required multiple phone calls to receive these photos. No " before" photos were ever provided. The cost was $800 to replace 22 shingles, this did include replacement of tar paper under 10 of the shingles. Ultimately I was charged $36.00 per shingle for this repair. This seemed quite expensive.I would neither refer nor recommend Greengable Roofing and Exterior based on my experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. Started it good from a sales perspective. Travis the salesman and co-owner seemed very personable and agreeable to my requests. Almost none of the things he agreed to do were done. They did not pull the correct permits or do certain aspects of the job correctly. When I asked why they did things the way they did there was nothing but arguing. I decided to go to the County building inspector and show them some pics I took and ask some questions. Based on the pics and that they had so significantly over stepped the bounds of their permit the County put them on plan hold and required that they submit a package of information along with engineering work from professionals and reopen the roof. The work was done over a year ago and they still haven’t fixed anything or satisfied the County building departments requests.Stay away from this company arbor all cost!
