From the dreaded hailstorms of 2023, I was fortunate enough to have discovered Kaler and his team at Hail Restoration Experts. What a pleasure (and breath of fresh air) it was working with them. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional service. From the moment I contacted them regarding my roof issues, they displayed an unmatched level of professionalism and expertise.I must commend them for their incredible assistance in dealing with my insurance company. Navigating through insurance claims (especially with hailstorms) can be a daunting task, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their knowledge and experience in this area was evident, and I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process.When it comes to the quality of their work, I am thoroughly impressed. Living in the unpredictable climate of Colorado, having a sturdy and reliable roof is paramount. Kaler and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my roof not only looked fantastic but also could withstand the harsh weather conditions for years to come. We were fortunate enough to work with Kaler and Hail Restotation Experts on multiple different projects after the hail storm in July 2023 hit our house. Very grateful to Kaler for always making sure we were kept in the loop on what was going on, and helping us to understand each step in the process. Highly recommend! Great experience all around.
