Andrew met me onsite for an assessment of an apartment building roof I am under contract on. He was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable having been in the business for decades. Jake came by to look at our roof after our insurance company contacted us about things needing repair. He was efficient and honest about what actually needed repair and didn’t- I really felt like he was looking out for me rather than trying to make money off of me. Jake and the team at Integrity did a fantastic job with our roof replacement. We had some hail/wind damage and just a generally old roof which was leaking. Jake walked us through the process with our insurance company at every step and was quick to get back whenever we had questions. We had been referred to Integrity Pro Roofing from a friend of ours to complete a claim we had from recent hail damage. Andrew, Eric, and Rainbow were our primary contacts and they helped us through the process and worked with our insurance to get all the work negotiated and completed, very convenient! New roof looks great and am very pleased with the completed work. Only complaint was the time to get all the work done was longer than I had hoped/expected, but I would assume that was a result of other hail claims in the area. Robert was a great help to me. After the recent wind storms he stopped by to take a look and ensure that my roof was ok, it was. He went above and beyond to answer any questions that we had and also went out of his way to check-in multiple times during the replacement. They delivered a wonderful product in a timely manner. Matt was just fantastic. He was here before he was supposed to be and called ahead of time to make sure it was fine to come. He was so respectful and really helped me understand what my roof issue was. I didn't need a new roof but there was a leak where a prior contractor had just done shoddy work.
