I had my roof replaced from hail storm damage that I wasn't aware of at first. I was recommended by my neighbor who is very thorough in checking out who he chooses to use and keeps his home immaculate. My claim process was very quick and smooth and my project manager Ben answered all my questions thoroughly and our meetings were very easy and convenient to me. I had an amazing experience with Integrity Roofing and Painting today. I spoke with Donna as my first point of contact and she was wonderful. Very sweet, knowledgeable and caring. She immediately got in touch with Ben and was able to schedule me the same day to look at a roof leak. I got an email with his information and picture to assure that I knew who to expect. Ben called within an hour and scheduled a time to be at my house and arrived when he said he would. Ben was great! Looked at the issue, told me what he thought it was and fixed it on the spot! When I asked what the charge was, he said there wasn't one!!! I would have never expected that. He said it was just a few nails and some silicone and that there was no need for a charge. What amazing service this was. I highly recommend this company!

Ben Buchholz of Integrity roofing came out to inspect our roof. He did a thorough job, took some pictures of minor issues including a vent pipe that was too short and several areas that needed to be caulked. He showed me the pictures, explained what should be done and then to my great surprise, said he would come back in the next couple of days and do the work, including the vent pipe extension....without charge. You know who we are going to call when it is time for a new roof! Thank you Ben for honoring your company name, not ripping us off, offering honest insight and being generous with your gift of the repairs.

We had a great experience working with Ben Buchholz, Project Manager, and the team at Integrity Roofing and Painting during installation of a new roof, gutters and skylights in the fall of 2019. Ben was detailed orientated and involved with every step of the process while keeping us updated. He communicated with our insurance company to ensure we benefited from upgrades without any additional costs to us. The crew completed the work in a timely manner while maintaining the integrity of our property; they did a thorough job ensuring the post construction cleaning was completed to our satisfaction. There were a few hiccups with installation of the skylights, but Ben took immediate corrective action to remedy the situation. We are overall very satisfied with the work performed and professionalism of Integrity Roofing and Painting.

Ben Buchholz and his team worked on my neighbors' house. I approached him and asked him for a business card and he offered to take a look at my roof later that week. 1st impression: Ben is personable, timely and his communication skills are spot on. Ben showed me pictures and video of my roof. He nailed and sealed a couple of shingles and assured me my roof was actually in decent shape. Ben is an excellent inspector. He spent the time to answer my questions and address my concerns, including how to initiate contact with our insurance carrier. I do know a new roof is inevitable, especially here in Colorado. I had two roofing companies randomly stop by our home in recent weeks. One indicated that they flew a drone over my roof and the other briefly went up on the roof. They both told me that the roof was in horrible condition and that it needed to be replaced ASAP. They showed no pictures, said they'd work with the insurance company on our behalf, but just didn't seem credible.Jeff Arnold from Integrity came over and inspected the roof. He came down and showed me a couple dozen pictures and explained that there were only a few hits. He further explained how shingles overlap, what he and insurance companies look for, and that my roof was still doing the job and had life in it. His honesty and directness gave me peace of mind in the present and also reinforced that when it comes time to repair and or replace my roof I will be calling Integrity! Thank you!!

I was very impressed with Project Manager Ben Buchholz right from the beginning our roofing process. His professionalism and respectfulness all thru the process made us feel confident that we would get great service and a job to be proud of. Every time the weather or a product delay slowed the process, Ben was there to keep us informed. I have never dealt with a company with more integrity.The materials arrived at 6 AM and the crew was there shortly. They worked well together, cleaned as they worked and were completely done by 6 PM that day. The area surrounding the house was left very clean including all the nails picked up! In fact two of my neighbors were so impressed they wanted them to take a look at their roof. Neither needed a roof replacement. That also made a good impression. The crew was very courteous and answered any questions. Greg was my representative and his first roof. He is very professional. I would highly recommend this company. I highly recommend Integrity Roofing and Painting. Ben and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Ben is very detailed-oriented (like myself) and gave me a line-itemized estimate. The Integrity Roofing process is very organized from start to finish, including excellent follow-up after the job was finished. We had a vaulted ceiling that was showing stains and the old roof felt "mushy" in places. Ben determined that the vaulted ceiling was not vented at all and that condensation on the roofing nails, through the sheathing, along with no venting, was the root cause of our ceiling staining issue. I also desired to upgrade the insulation for the vaulted ceiling. My wife wanted a solution that did not involve the interior. After some research, I decided I wanted closed-cell spray foam insulation (R49) installed from the exterior at the same time the new roof was being replaced. Ben happily coordinated with my chosen spray-foam insulating contractor to schedule his crew on the same day the insulation contractor. He patiently waited for a day when the insulation contractor was available, the weather forecast looked good (sunny and very little wind was required for the spray foam installation). The Integrity roofing crew was very accommodating of the needs of the spray foam insulation crew and they worked together very well. Needless to say, this was a bit more complicated to pull off (2 crews from 2 different companies + favorable weather forecast), but Ben pulled it off without a hitch. The roofing crew did excellent, very professional work. I went up on the roof and took photos of the excellent work. Integrity Roofing does not skimp on the new roof replacement design, including new flashings, drip edges, ice/water shields, new sheathing underlayment (where needed), etc. etc. To fix the venting issue, Integrity Roofing installed ridge vents on all the ridges for air exhaust and roof-installed-shingle-over-air intake vents to match the air flow for each section of the roof. Ben had new sheathing installed where the old sheathing had nearly disintegrated (due to 16 years of no ventilation). Ben gave me choices on every aspect of the new roof, including the installation of new, energy-efficient skylights. The skylights are wonderful -- seems like the kitchen has more light than before -- yet giving us energy efficiency. With the new insulation, roof and new ventilation, on hot Colorado days, there are some days where we have not had to run the AC at all and other days we only run it a couple of hours. After the work was done, our Xcel Energy usage report now shows that we are using less kWh than even our "Efficient Neighbors" -- thanks to Integrity Roofing, Ben, his crew and our closed-cell insulation contractor!

I worked with Monte to do a roof replacement that required the removal and reinstallation of a solar system. We needed (read the wife wanted) to paint the house and gathered up several quotes. During the inspection process for the bid, Ben with Integrity pointed out some pretty sever hail damage that had likely happened almost a year ago. Their price was fair and offered a one stop shop for the painting and the roof so we went with them..We couldn't be happier with the final product as well as the support during the process. Ben handled all aspects from insurance claim to execution. As (bad) luck would have it the worst hail storm of the last few years hit right AFTER the roof was finished. Ben personally came back out and patched up a few nicks we got free of charge.

He came out to do a free roof inspection and was very detailed in showing pictures of the issues, explaining his findings and giving advice for moving forward. Isaac and his team recently worked on my neighbors' house. I asked for a business card and he offered me a free inspection. After a quick, but thorough look at the roof, Isaac showed me a few pictures and assured me that I did not need a new roof at this time. I thought for sure he would try to sell me a new roof regardless of the condition. I so appreciate the honesty and will be holding on to the business card for when I do need a new roof.
