Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with. Showed up when requested/had meetings scheduled, and worked with our insurance and with us to make sure what we're getting and what insurance will cover is clearly stated. He was honest and up front about costs, which matters most to me. His staff was on time and was finished within the day (removal and installation) for our small 1200 sq. ft. house.

Unreliable and full of excuses and lies. I would not consider them to be professional. The contract I have with them for repairs is still waiting since July and when I call Rick he makes excuses and tells me he will call me back a month ago I guess I expected a reputable company to do what they say they are doing/going to do. Still waiting for that day.

Never opted in to their spam marketing. Received an unsolicited recorded call. I called the company directly after receiving the robo call to let him know how unethical this is. Now they are responding to my review 1 year later saying they never did such a thing. SMH - Do your research before hiring this company. Just about every review site says how unethical they are.
