We are very glad we hired Kalin Construction handle our garage replacement project. We had a very specific design we wanted, and Bill Kalin worked with us to do all of the detailed plans and permitting along with handling the actual construction project. We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and Kalin's team is one of the best. They showed up as promised, did excellent high-quality work, kept the job site clean and organized, and stayed exactly on timeline and budget. All that and they are just nice people to work with. We moved to Denver from NJ and purchased a 100 year old house with a very leaky flat top garage. After many, many efforts to find a local contractor to put an "A" frame roof over the garage and many empty promises, we finally found Bill Kalin. Bill presented a work plan, schedule, materials list and cost estimate for each phase. He met with us regularly, introduced his workers obtained engineering and permits. At the end of the day, the garage looks great, we are happy, and we refer Bill regularly to our kids and friends without hesitation.

Bill has been a great GC for many jobs i have been involved with over 15 years.
