James is so helpful and the contractors are lovely! I wish there was more prompt communication with timelines, but Overall, I highly recommend this place! I called a couple of window folks around me, and James was able to provide me with good quality windows that won’t make me have to sell a kidney! I got 2 windows and a sliding door. Because my house is 1975, the windows and sliding door were original 1975 single pane glass AND they were weirdly sized!!! The windows came out lovely. It was so easy to work with James!

This was our second time using Kraftwork Design… they are THAT great! I recommend them to anyone that mentions they need new windows or siding! James and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. We first used this company 7 years ago for a full home window replacement and we were so pleased that we knew exactly who to call this go around! We still got another quote from a different company just to be smart buyers, but price and quality doesn’t compare to Kraftwork Design. We had Simenon windows installed in our last home, Anlin in our new home - both are fantastic products with great features. The team works quickly and efficiently - they even pointed out a few issues with my siding and gutters that I would have never noticed. Their service went above and beyond! You will NEVER match the personal attention, service, product, installation and performance of product that you get from Kraftwork Design! Never!James offers the very best in windows and sliding glass doors (amongst others), stating the quality of manufacturer warranties and customer service up front so that, in the event of a failure, he knows his customers are truly taken care of.I am still in the midst of a full reno on my tiny Colorado condo that is going into its 7month having gone thru retailers like Home Depot and Costco. Needing too much of it RE-done again!I’ve experienced immense frustration dealing with anyone and everyone involved except the District and Field Managers my case had to be escalated to. AND HD window quotes, for way less quality, were thousands higher than with Kraftwork.YOU CANNOT GO WRONG hiring James and his crews!Note: In 90 degree heat w/ no A/C, I had to turn fans OFF bc my new windows and sliding glass doors are so energy efficient. I got that cool!Keep up the superior work, James! I’m so very, very pleased to work with you.

Price and timeliness of install was fantastic! Windows are beautiful and of very high quality. Wish we had gotten new windows years ago. James did a great job selecting appropriate windows for our house and neighborhood. Only downfall was the cleanup. I was not prepared for amount of vinyl pieces and dust, sticky grout on door handles and deck, and handprints everywhere. But also my fault for not being home during the install. Overall pleased, two days for the entire house. The textured windows in the bathrooms were game changers!

Kraftwork Design did a great job on replacing all the windows in my home (I am the original owner of a 20-year-old house). Kraftwork Design did an outstanding job on our replacement windows. We had the original windows and they desperately needed to be updated. James came into our home and was very easy to work with. He told us right away he wasn't going to try and sell us on anything. He let us know how the processed work and provide us with different types of windows that he offered. We decided to go with Kraftwork Design. The crew that James had come to our house were great. They did a really nice job with the install and they were super thorough with cleaning up the mess that was caused from ripping out the old windows and installing the new ones. They also even handled working around our 3 year old son, who wants to be involved with any type of activity involving tools. I will keep Kraftwork Design's number for future renovation projects.

I used Kraftwork Design for a couple projects in 2018 and I highly recommend them. They are responsive, respectful and provided high quality work in all areas.I had to have my roof and skylights replaced due to hail damage. Kraftwork Design did a great job on replacing my hail damaged siding. Very professionally done and looks it. No high pressure sales or repeated call backs ("Have you decided yet?"). James went above and beyond in getting material in on time when truckers are slammed with deliveries. He expedited back-orders to be on time as well. There were no delays in finishing on schedule. James from Krafwork Design replaced 5 windows from my townhouse, they came measure and gave me a quote right away, and then waited 8 months for me to be ready to do the project, without affecting the original quote, right there excellent customer service. The installation was done fast and correctly, the project area was protected and clean after the job was done, his team explain the window in detail to me. James was recommended by one of my neighbors who had her windows replaced by James, and after doing some research, James had the best price, for the same quality windows other places offer, but at a much better price. I would definitely recommend them.

I am so glad I found Kraftwork Design for my most recent window replacement. I was in a pinch with an appraisal deadline, and the big box stores were all booked many weeks out. The owner personally came to measure for my quote, they stayed on budget and schedule. The install went really smooth and everyone was very professional. The windows look great! This is the second time I used this company for window replacement. The first time was when I sold my house a year ago. I needed new windows in order to complete my renovation but was worried about cost. A friend mentioned James and Kraftwork and how pleased they were with the quality and over value they got so I gave them a call. Over $5000 less then the bid I had received from Anderson. So cut to this year I had hail damage so bad that we needed a new roof so we let a few companies give us a bid. The best company that was referred to us could only get $13K for our roof on top of that I would have to come out of pocket $2000. I called James and Gary and his team worked with our insurance company until not only did we get the best roof possible we were able to replace all of our windows at no additional cost. The insurance co. cut us a check for $23k !!!I Love these guys... Give them a call if you want great service and overall total satisfaction.

Kraftwork Design came to my house on time and finshed earlier than they stated which was awesome, now I’m not stuck in the house. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did great work. He took the time to demonstrated exactly how the windows work too. The window looks great, the price was right, and they didn’t try to make me do more than one window like all the other companies I got estimates from. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent, responsive, professional work--and at a very good and competitive price! Their windows are great quality and have really made the difference in our home. James is prompt and courteous, and their turnaround time is much better than many companies, especially the big ones. It's nice getting products and services from a smaller, local company that cares about the work they do and is respectful of everyone's time and all the steps involved. They also did some "custom" work on our mudroom, with new windows and replacing vinyl siding and gutters, and that worked out great, too (with the exception of some gutter foibles due to historic storms last May and a slight delay in installation, but that was all resolved in good time, and with appropriate diligence by the company). Basically at every step James and the company was informative, kind, professional and easy to deal with. We'd definitely use them again and can highly recommend them!

I got several estimates for window replacement, and Krakftwork was fair and honest with no pressure. James, the owner, checked all the work, and he was involved in the project--he didn't disappear. He showed up to check the work after it was done, and they cleaned up well. The quality of work has held up over several months so far. They also did some work to my front porch, and that was also well done. I would definitely recommend Kraftwork if you want a pleasant experience with no runaround.

What sets this company apart is that we always knew who to contact and James was always responsive and respectful of our time. This company uses quality materials that fit well within our budget and were appropriate for our house. When the May hailstorm caused serious damage to the siding on the back side of my house, it became quickly apparent after consultations with several contractors that there was no way to match the color of replacement siding to the 20 year old, undamaged but sun-faded siding on the rest of the house. I decided that I would replace all of the siding on the house, and requested quotes from several local contractors. I chose Kraftwork Design for many reasons, despite their quote for the work not being the lowest. James, the owner, came out personally to do the evaluation and talk to me about what I wanted done. He was the only contractor who took the time to listen to my goals, and give me clear and honest answers about the process and the cost breakdown for the whole job. His was the only quote I received that was free from jargon or shorthand, and detailed about each labor and materials task. I knew exactly what I would pay for the entire project in advance; there was no built-in cost overrun clause. James also encouraged me to look at photos and videos of his prior siding projects; I immediately recognized the high quality of the work, and felt confident that he would do a good job for me. I can say that the entire experience working with James and his siding team was simply outstanding. James even found me $600 in savings on my soffits by recommending that I use a contrasting color for them that cost less than the color I used for the house; that choice ended up working perfectly, and is one of my favorite things about the new siding. The quality of the siding job is top-notch; Rocky and his crew did an amazing job. They went the extra mile to install the siding to eliminate almost all visible seams, and the few that are there are perfectly aligned and barely noticeable. The soffits, fascia, and trim are perfect. The entire team was friendly, conscientious, hard working, and always took the time to answer any questions I had. James stopped by frequently to check on their progress and ensure that I was happy with their work. So many of my neighbors have stopped me over the last month to tell me how wonderful the house looks, and what a great job the contractors did. I could not be more pleased with the way this project turned out; the cost was worth every penny. I truly feel like I have a brand-new house! In a business that tends to be populated with companies who take shortcuts, are evasive in answering customers’ questions, and demonstrate little attention to the quality of the work, James and his team truly stand out; they speak and they act with integrity. I recommend Kraftwork Design without reservation, and absolutely intend to entrust with them with my next project.
