A great experience all around! After meeting with 3 other pushy salesmen, it was a pleasure dealing with James. He gave an awesome deal and the windows we had installed have improved our home in more ways than I could list.Look forward to working with Kraftwork Design when we replace our siding in the Spring.

James and his crew did a great job with installing vinyl siding on my house. James was willing to come in and work with the materials I already had and was able to problem solve throughout the project. They got the job done in a timely manner and the house looks great. James is very professional. He saved all the materials receipts and even returned extra materials from my previous order so I could get a refund, going out of his way to save me a few hundred dollars. Rocky, his main siding sub, worked really hard to get the project done in a couple days, got there early and stayed late until the project was done. He was very reliable and fast. Very happy with my experience with Kraftwork and I would recommend them for siding projects.

Kraftwork Design replaced our hail damaged roof and was able to negotiate with our insurance company to also get all of our windows replaced. We couldn't be more pleased! Fast, clean and reasonably priced products. One window showed up damaged from the factory and Kraftwork had it reordered and replaced within 10 days. Very pleased!
