Experienced a roof leak near a plumbing vent, and it was quite challenging to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. Fortunately, Jordan came over and addressed the issue with the roof. I chose to get a new roof - the cost was reasonable and his team, including donovan and frederick, came out and did a remarkably quick and comprehensive job. While I won't be around to appreciate their work, they do provide a multi-decade warranty that the new owner can use, so I'm confident they'll back their project for the new buyer as well.
