Dominic responded to our call when our hot water heater pilot wouldn't light. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He assessed our old hot water heater and explained several options for repair or replacement. He was very respectful of our home and always prompt with his arrival.Terry installed our new hot water heater. His was polite, professional and respectful of our home. He explained the work he was going to do and then he walked us through every when he was finished. He also cleaned up the work areas before he left.

Fantastic job on my pipework, over and above what I expected. Fitted my water softener properly and remounted the pre-treatment properly with clearance from the wall, moved my water heater back to create space and redid the exhaust venting from the boiler. Very talented chap, loved everything he did. Now I can start finishing the walls in the laundry area.

I’m not sure how I got so lucky to have Terry and Valentin do the work on my house- but I am grateful! 2 of the nicest guys who were so kind and conscientious! I first had scheduling issues with Mighty, but manager Nick stepped in and made us have a great experience. He educated us in all of our electrical needs. The technicians Jose and Korey did an amazing job when it came to the work itself. They were all timely, extremely nice, and efficient.

They were on time and communicative, but they put a camera down the pipe and said my pipe needed to be replaced because it was old and there was a separation in it. They said it would cost about 20K and that was about it. Well, had another plumber come by with a better camera and didn’t see any issues. He showed me the pipe, did a good cleaning and said my pipe was fine. So, I'm glad I got a second opinion. I never actually received a quote for the job either even after I called and asked for it.

We really appreciate Mighty Plumbing and Heating for coming out to replace our faucet. Scheduling was quick and easy. They were even able to move our appointment up when they found a opening which was really convenient for us. Larry was very professional, answered all of my questions, and got the work done quickly. He also went above and beyond when he provided information on the water softener systems and helped me complete our enrollment contract so we could save some money. Dan and his team were absolutely amazing! We did a whole house re pipe. They got it done in two days with minimal holes in the walls just two to patch up. Friendly, informative, personable. Upfront and honest. Gave us multiple options for our project. I immediately knew this was the company do handle our project after the first meeting with Dan. Covered everything and did a fantastic clean up job! Made sure everything worked properly. I would definitely recommend Mighty Plumbing for any project big or small! And ask for Dan! Kodey’s the man! Came in to the store I manage and did some great work quickly and efficiently. I had some lights in the store that hadn’t worked in almost a year and he problem solved that real quick. He also ran a wire to a post so I can install a TV to show outdoor films during store events. Jordan Sherman was so helpful and thorough, and very polite. He really took the time to explain why each upgrade would make sense and how more efficient machines would save on my utilities. I wish it was possible to give higher than five stars! Valentin, Orlando, Ryan, and Bobby just completed a huge job for me. Multiple plumbing and electrical projects on my home that is over 100 years old. I was nervous at the beginning, but all these wonderful professionals banished any anxiety I had. Everyone of them answered EVERY question I had. They are all patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I really appreciate how inclusive and thoughtful Valentin is, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and kept the demo he had to do as minimal and tidy as possible. When I added on additional projects last minute, I was met with positive responses, exceptional customer service, and finished projects I no longer need to worry about. These guys are masters at their crafts and I have deep respect for their artistry.

Connor was a thorough technician and good communicator. I was A bit surprised that the cleaning (yes cleaning only) of the blower fan was going to cost some $875 (after the $69 trip charge, as I specifically Requested this be cleaned upon initial booking and was told it was included. ( I reiterated this more than once). Two other items were noted also to be out of spec each circa $1,000 on my 7- year old furnace. I will Confirm repairs with a second company.

When they came out to give me an estimate, the technician turned off the furnace and didn't turn it back on. I didn't realize until the next morning when it was very cold in the house.Aside from the machine breaking in the middle of the service, the technician was not able to provide all the services we paid for and the supervisor refused a further discount to reflect what was actually done. In addition to the construction debris left on the front porch, a lot of dust was brought into the house from the tarps which should have been cleaned prior to coming here. According to other duct cleaning companies, vacuuming should be done after the vents are agitated. My service was reversed, so the following day, my house is far more dusty than it was prior to getting the vents cleaned. This isn't our first vent cleaning, but it is far from the best one we've had.For reference, 4 years ago, we paid $770 from another company and Mighty qouted us $2000 this time. I negotiated down to $1280, which would have felt ok if they completed the whole service and the quality reflects the price.Danny is an awesome tech! Give him the equipment and training he needs to do the job correctly.

Issac C. was great. Very respectful and answered all questions, along as thoroughly explaining his expert opinion based on my specific plumbing situation. He found the problem, fixed the problem, and also took the time to thoroughly clean up the work around. I’ll definitely request for Issac to be sent out for any future plumbing issues I need resolved.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mighty Plumbing. The appointment was set with Tim, their dispatcher. Dominic was the tech who showed up on time, did the job, cleaned up and spent the necessary time explaining our situation so that we could understand. He went into details on the options available to us and gave us a competitive bid. In this day and age with the trades being unavailable and always trying to ‘up sell’, Mighty HVAC and Plumbing’s straightforward approach is refreshing. I highly recommend using them.

Mighty it "mighty" at staying in contact and letting me know they are there for my heating and AC needs. However what is even more impressive is their service--their technician, Benjamin Douthwaite, did the most thorough clean/tuneup of my heater and AC that my house has ever had. He was informative, practical in his suggestions, and a joy to converse with in the subject matter and beyond. I've had unfortunate experiences with other companies claiming I need more repairs than necessary; I felt Benjamin was not out to get as much money as possible; he seems to genuinely like what he does and treat the customer with fairness and kindness. Benjamin is now my go-to technician for house needs--so grateful!

Update 4/4/24: Mighty Plumbing continues to impress and earn our business! Connor was at the house today for routine AC maintenance and completed unplanned work for us.. moving our humidifier from the hot to the cold water source. Thank you again Mighty Plumbing for the five star service!Very happy with Dominic and Mighty Plumbing! They installed a tankless water heater for us less than a year ago and it stopped working the other day. Dominic diagnosed an installation error and was back out the following morning with a replacement unit and a team of installers, all covered under warranty. It is such an absolute pleasure to deal with a tech and a company that operate with honesty and integrity. Thank you for honoring your warranty and making it right for us!

Isaac came out today to resolve our furnace issue and I can’t express enough how amazing he was. From being professional, engaging and knowledgeable to his outstanding customer service, we were thrilled that we chose Mighty Plumbing Heating and Air. They definitely have an amazing culture that reflects their values out in the field with team members like Isaac. Our furnace is in the attic, so Isaac took full video of his diagnostic and repair, which gave us the visual we needed to understand everything he was explaining to us. He went beyond the call and checked the airflow in a couple of rooms that don’t get as warm and explained to us his findings. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and amazing service, which is hard to come by these days, so thank you, Issac and Mighty Plumbing Heating and Air for keeping all around quality service alive and well. Great pricing as well. We had the same issue with our furnace in the basement last year and paid triple for that fix than what we paid with Mighty, and he had to get in our attic. Richard was SO extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us fix an issue with a blown fuse in our outdoor unit that occurred just one month after purchasing a brand new furnace. He fixed our issue for free which was such a blessing, truly the BEST customer service you could ask for!
