We were exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Modern Pro Roofing. We got three bids and there's was right on par so we selected them because Brett was very responsive so we thought he would ensure a good job. He and his colleagues definitely did. They completed the entire roofing process in just one day! This after doing all the necessary paperwork, including extra permission from Denver Landmark Preservation, a requirement in our neighborhood. It was a breeze for us. We ended up asking them to go ahead and replace our gutters too, since they needed it, and they had done such a great job with the roof. Brett was one of the best contractors I have ever had at my house. It started with a knock at the door and ended with a full replacement of my roof, fence, and portions of my siding, all covered by insurance costs due to a hail storm. Brett and his crew did a fantastic job. They came up with smart solutions that not only replaced the roof but improved the water shedding capacity of the roof slope. More work for them after we had agreed on a price but better for the life of my new roof. They showed up on time, completed on time and cleaned up after themselves. Haven’t had any issues in over 3 years. Couldn’t be a more satisfied customer unless the roof job was free. They also worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with the paperwork hassle.

We were referred to Brett after a major hail storm and the guys at Modern Pro Roofing did an amazing job! Brett took all the hassle out of working with our insurance, and is very reasonably priced. He was extremely informative and communicative about the whole process and materials. They used high grade materials and upgraded our roof to meet new codes and standards. When our insurance pushed back on the code upgrade Brett worked with them to make sure we were well taken care of. Tear down and installation only took one day and they workers cleaned up so well it was like they were never even there. We HIGHLY recommended Brett & Modern Pro Roofing.

I worked with a couple roofers to inspect my roof for hail damage. The first one went on and on about how bad the roof was. I called Steve at modern pro roofing and he came by and told me it wasn’t horrible, but he had seen roofs in better shape get approved. He didn’t hard sell me or make wild claims, which gave me a sense of honesty and integrity.I decided to put an insurance claim in that was approved. From that point forward, my trust in them was greatly rewarded. They worked with me and the insurance company, coordinated solar panel removal, answered all my questions, and met all my expectations. The work was done quickly and they left my house clean. Status was regularly communicated and I always had the info I needed. Modern Pro Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. I have solar panels and needed them temp removed and reinstalled. I was impressed with how quickly the roof was repaired and how fast the solar panels were reinstalled. There was a couple of days the solar guys couldn't work due to heat (95+) but they still got it done before their committed finish date.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair
