We highly recommend Greg at new roof. You will find Greg to be pleasant, thorough, competent, and most importantly, honest. We weren’t sure what we wanted to replace our shake shingle roof with, but we knew what we did not want. Greg presented options and followed through with the roof that we found on the web; requesting a sample for us to see. Once the sample arrived, we did not like it but Greg was still willing to look into anything else we might have found in the internet. There were some issues with our insurance due to city code, and Greg resolved the conflict with the insurance company and city code to our satisfaction. After a few weeks, we finally decided on a metal roof and Greg never showed anything but patience while we debated, and then changed our mind, on which roof color to use. As far as installation, Greg kept his schedule, the crew was great and cleaned up after themselves about as good as could be expected. There were a couple of adjustments to be made on the skylights, and they were taken care of very timely. As an aside Greg recommended the skylights and we’ve been very happy with his recommendation. We are six months down the road from the installation and we recently uncovered one small problem. Calling Greg about the problem brought him out to the house ASAP and he will be resolving the issue when weather permits. We will be adding more snow guards now that winter snows have demonstrated just where they are needed. Greg doesn’t mind coming back to add them!It is hard to find, honest and reliable, contractors these days, but look no further than New Roof if you need a roof repair or replacement. What a great team! I wanted to install a new skylight and replace an older one. Greg was awesome at helping me find the best solutions, both for cost and aesthetics, and his team went above and beyond to make the project a success, including relocating a lighting fixture by going through the roof rather than a hard-to-match ceiling. I travel a lot, which made scheduling a challenge, but Greg worked with me to find an available slot--his team even worked after hours and on the weekend to finish on time when some unexpected difficulties resulted in the project potentially extending past the original timeline. All the work was beautifully accomplished and professionally finished. I'm confident that one section of my roof is stronger than the original! The team also secured another skylight and some loose flashing around my chimney while they were at it. New Roof Plus replaced our roof after it took hail damage during a large storm. It was our first time getting a roof replaced. I contacted Greg and New Roof Plus after months of unresolved issues and delays from another roofing company. Greg met with me and discussed concerns I had in regard to workers and possible disruption of landscaping during the project..He had his people begin work immediately to replace the hail damage to both the flat and the mansard roofs. I expected alot of mess in my yard from the tearing off of the roofs, but there was nothing left on the ground as they worked. The team that replaced the flat roof was outstanding. They met with me daily giving me information as to steps they were taking to complete the job. The team replacing the mansard roof arrived early each day and worked until sunset.Greg came by daily to consult with me, making sure that I had no concerns, and he spent time with the workers regarding their progress.Greg goes beyond what one would expect of customer service! In early March of this year my wife Cayenne and I decided that we should start looking into some necessary repairs and upgrades to her home. One of the major things we were thinking about was the condition of our rough. So I did some looking online and found many companies to choose from. Khan and I chose new roof plus mostly because of all the 5 star ratings from reviews. I looked into the company's background and found out that Greg Jones grew up and lives here in the Denver area. I liked that period so and may we called Greg and asked if he would come and inspect a rough. Greg found it necessary to replace the roof shingles. We had hail damage and Greg advised as to can contact our insurance company and have them inspect the rough. After the insurance company assured us that the roof was in need of repairs we called new roof plus immediately and Greg came to her house the very next day. He explained in great detail all of the INS and outs of getting a roof taken care of period actually Greg puts things on auto pilot and my wife and I sat back to watch things come together. As senior citizens it was important to my wife and me that we were taken care of properly with honesty integrity and with professionalism. Greg Jones and his crew were all of the above. The crew showed up on time and the job was done properly and it looks great exclamation part mark my wife and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend new roof plus to any of our friends neighbors or relatives. Greg worked directly with our insurance company to get extra money to cover other things not originally included. Greg handled all the insurance matters and our insurance company respected his advice and responded positively with Greg's requests. Our Decra roof was quoted for the South facing part of the roof and was completely replaced in one day, and they did a great job. Greg and his team were awesome. We had a leak coming from our roof top deck into our bedroom after a massive snow storm. We hit google and contacted two other companies who couldn’t find the cause to save their lives. Then we called the team at New Roof Plus. Greg came by the same day and diagnosed the leak almost immediately. They had the leak repaired as well the ceiling in our bedroom.Apart from the top notch work on the repairs. What also really stood out for me was the way Greg and his guys treated us. Greg knew that my wife and I were both travelling the day after the repair was finished and we were both nervous as more snow was on the way. Then Greg offered to check on the repair after each snow while we were gone. Of course the repair was perfect, but having that peace of mind knowing that if something were to go wrong while we were out of the country that New Roof Plus was gonna handle it. I was in construction, and I am particular about workmanship, and I have never hired a company that was able to do as good a job as I could. I have replaced 4-5 roofs, but I am retired now and did not want to do it, so we decided to hire Greg and his company. Greg replaced the roof on a neighbor's house and they had good things to say about him.I am really glad I hired Greg. He and Stefan, the project manager, kept us in the loop as to what was happening. The workmanship was excellent, with every course laid down straight, the flashings and vents installed perfectly, and every seam caulked generously but neatly. I have never hired a company that so exceeded my own standards. Even the cleanup was exceptional.
