I had an estimate with Mark K. He was very rude and demanding. When I contacted the company they responded immediately. I was assured that this person no longer worked for them and they offered to do everything in their power to help me feel better about the situation. They were hands on and I felt it was important to them that I felt better about this bad experience. Thank you for your help Daniel! One bad employee shouldn't hurt an entire company, if they do what's needed to correct the situation quickly and efficiently.
