Very professional team. They came in at 9:30 and was done installing the granite counter top by 2:00 even with the last-minute changes I made. The gentlemen did an amazing job cleaning up thought-out each step of the process. Due to my changes the supports need to be adjusted, they met us back at 8 the next morning and completed the supports.

Precision Homes Roofing was referred to me by a contractor that I absolutely trust and they were definitely one of the best choices I have made for home repairs! They handled everything from the claim inspection, solar panel removal scheduling, and replaced the roof in one day as promised! The insurance company tried to pay for patching after the big hail storm, but Precision Roofing knows the rules and requirements for every city! They met the insurance adjuster for a follow up walk through and explained that the number on damaged shingles on each pitch required them to replace the entire roof. They were in constant communication with me during the entire process and did an amazing job from start to finish! They even made sure to come back and sweep the ground for shingle nails that fall off during the replacement process! My neighbors used another company and had nothing but problems! Their company left a mess and took them over 2 weeks to finish the job! My other neighbor decided to go with Precision Homes Roofing and I suggest you do the same! If you want your hail damaged roof replaced in one day with no problems, then contact Precision Homes! If you want your roof and driveway occupied with a mess for two weeks, then use someone else! I don’t have time to babysit contractors to make sure they aren’t cutting corners. These guys get it done on time and for the exact quoted price and work directly with your insurance provider to make sure they don’t try to under pay the claim (like they tried with me). A big thank you to Adam, Patrick, Andrew, Jonathan, Ryan and the whole Precision Homes team for making this repair process clean and simple!

Precision Roofing did an excellent job in replacing both the roof on our 2,000 square foot home as well as the detached garage. Every question I had was answered immediately and completely. All items were picked up daily and at the end, they made a total sweep of both locations. All people were considerate. Chris C., was particularly excellent by responding immediately to my phone calls. He explained the process of insurance coverage of the work as well as what to expect and what to do. My experience was fantastic and I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Roofing.

Any company or showroom who works with Aaron Autry is not a company you want to work with. I picked out cabinets from provision home. We put down a deposit. I called precision several times to check the status never got a call or an email back…only to have Aaron confess that he literally stole the money!!! Are they in on it? Not sure. But do not, do not!! Give them any money!!!

Precision Homes did an awesome job on my recently completed kitchen remodel. My Precision rep, Robyn, who I’ve had pleasure of working with before, created a top notch design and cabinet layout recommendation. Cabinets arrived in perfect condition, are impressive quality and Pricing was really good too. I also ordered my quartz counters fabrication and install through Precision. Scott at Precision was amazing in making sure my custom bartop was super solid with heavy duty brackets. He really went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. If I could attach a picture of the completed kitchen I would but bottom line is Precision met and exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Precision Homes completed the renovation of my mother's home ahead of selling the property (including installation of a furnace, replacing the roof, painting interior and exterior, replacing carpet, hanging drywall, adding recessed lighting and repairing a sewer line) in less than a month. So many things needed to be addressed and tasks were expedited with remarkable attention to detail. From planning the renovation to closing the sale of this property, everything flowed seamlessly despite many moving parts across several contractors, the insurance company, mortgage brokers and ultimately the purchase of a condo for my mom. Pleased to have worked with so many departments at Precision. Especially happy with Gary and Sarah, they went above and beyond our expectations! Looking forward to Precision Homes finishing my basement in the fall.

I'm only giving them 2 stars because we are overall very satisfied with the quality of our cabinets.However, I would never do business with this company again for these reasons:1. Very unprofessional2. Lack of communication on several accounts3. Lack of timeliness4. Dishonest companyMeasurements for the placement of the island was off by a foot. So we have small holes in our new wood floors from them having to move and reinstall the island.I would never allow Forrest, one of their managers, back into my home for several reasons. He installed the island drawers incorrectly. When the installer called Forrest to tell him the drawers were off, Forrest replied, "I asked the customer if they looked okay, and they did not notice the gap, so just leave it the way it is." The installer fixed it and said he would never knowingly improperly install something without fixing it. (This installer does not work for Precision Homes, he is contracted out by them).Forrest also scraped up my brand new wood floors with his drill, which was obvious it was an accident, but he then quickly covered up the deep scratch with a blanket to hide it from me.We decided to order decorative panels for the sides of the cabinets, shortly after the cabinets were installed. We paid for the deco doors early Dec 2019 and they were not installed until late April 2020. I took time off from work on three separate occasions for the deco door install; however, the install did not happen until the 4th attempt because the wrong parts were ordered, measurements were off again, and/or the panels were damaged.Communication with both Jennifer and Forrest was awful throughout the whole process. Did not matter if it was communication via email or phone call, both had issues getting back with me on multiple occasions.

One star is too much. You should avoid this company unless you want a frustrating and unreliable experience. It took them over a year from purchase to finish to put in cabinets. Some of the issues were ordering the wrong components, their installer billed us for extra work not preformed even though we had paid for install. Horrible communication with us around when delivery was to happen, when the right products were to be reordered twice. The first time they reordered they ordered the wrong items, twice. After multiple inquires to talk to the owner to get some resolution I never was contacted. I was told I would be compensated for my loss of time and all the screw up, when it came time to discuss I was told they considered the job complete and were not going to compensate me. They will lie to you and apologize profusely about it. If you want your job done on time and correct use another company.To the owner. Your rebuttal is as untrue as your company practices and goes along with all the other lies we have been told along the way. For those of you reading reviews proceed with this company at your own demise. Along the way I asked to speak to the owner 6 times. Any guess on how many times I was contacted, zero. This company is unreliable and practice dishonest business and billing.

This company did renovations on a home I purchased. With some things needing to be updated I figured I’d contact them as they’d be familiar with the property / already did some work on it. Contacted them and was later contacted by one of the workers Frank. I mentioned what I wanted done as well as some of the work they’d done that was a mess (they left painted writing of the address on the granite they installed which I can’t remove and looks terrible , they didn’t smooth out the wall area under the counter where they put the granite on (this left a gap/ whole in the concrete / wall which I have to try and hide with a couch rather than using as a breakfast bar ). Was told by Frank to send him photos of the work I was referring to and was told he’d get back to me. Nothing. Figured I probably shouldn’t have reached out to a place that did things part way in the first place.

Shady, I'd steer clear. The address listed here doesn't seem correct as they have a location on Evans and Santa Fe. The phone number listed is obviously a personal cell phone which no one answers and if they do they pick up and hang up. They're dirty and refuse to maintain even their facility with granite and marble just thrown about all over the entrance to the building you can't even get to the front door

The company, from its inside team to their installation crew and foreman, was totally professional in my experience with them.They installed three bathroom countertops for me, and when I encountered a problem with the faucet installation (by an outside individual), I initially thought the holes for the faucet were cut incorrectly. The original crew immediately came out the next day, at no charge, to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a flawed design by the faucet manufacturer. The faucet would fit properly if installed against a tiled wall where there was no backsplash. My countertop design included the backsplash. The holes for the faucet were cut correctly for the backsplash that I ordered.They were able to diagnose the problem and finish installing the faucet, in spite of a tight fit for the plunger rod against the backsplash. Scott, the foreman, then told me he would come back out personally and do a workaround to adjust the hole, which would allow more room for the plunger rod against the backsplash.I would give them a 6* review if I was able to for going above and beyond, and the quartz countertops are beautiful! I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for my future renovations.

I'm not one to write reviews BUT - If you go in for an appointment and then request a quote for your remodel; don't expect to get one the first time, or the second time even when you follow up and request it again. My husband and I were completely disregarded by this company which is very frustrating, especially considering we were ready to move forward with our kitchen remodel.

A week later still haven't heard back. We like doing business with responsible, reliable folks - especially when it comes to remodels. I was trying to rent a home from them and they strung me along they dont communicate with each other one person tells me we are good and so here we are ready to move and then all of a sudden we dont make enough money I mean come on and on top of that good luck trying to get anyone to actually talk to you over the phone you have to text and even then they hardly respond their rent prices are through the roof in sterling honestly if you're looking for a reality company go to choice realty or anyone other then precision homes they are only in it for the money they are not about helping people they act like they are and promise the world but in the end it's really all about the money for them and they act like they are better then you plus the application process my wife and I had to fill out separate applications and pay for 2 applications we are married it should only be one application so they got $60 out of me to tell me first that we qualify and then not but a week later tell me we're not because even though we make close to $3300/ month and have no other bills and I'm disabled we dont make enough money sorry but to me that just tells me this company is just in it for the money and they really dont care about the people they serve well that is ok because I have 3 family members that are wanting to move out here and they where gonna use Precision homes to perchance their homes each one looking to spend close to around $500,000 and I'm not sure but I do believe that they get a commission per sale not sure the percentage cause I just moved here from another state but if it's anything like that state the real estate commission there is 6% you do the math that's $30,000 and with 3 family members all wanting to move here spending close to $500,000 that's $90,000 in commission that they have lost I will never work with this company they are a bunch of greedy liars
