I discovered a shower leak shortly after buying my most recent home. Underneath the carpet there was black mold throughout my entire master bathroom. I called Project X and lucky for me Sam was at my house within hours. He had a team completely demo my entire bathroom ASAP and treat the black mold present. The equipment and technique they use is state of the art and I couldn’t be happier with the out come. Sam also handled the entire process with my insurance company and I ended up getting an entire new bathroom! The treatment I received from Sam and Project X was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs mold work done. Project X made our renovations/clean up process run so smoothly! I am incredibly happy with everything Sam did to get our trailer updated and ready for move in! Sam was efficient, fast and knew our price limitations and worked with us along the way. When I first reached out to get an estimate, he met me at the property that next day, received a couple different estimates on costs within 24 hours after that, and once we found the right one to fit the price point, he was already prepared to start. After a pipe burst in my basement I called 4-5 different companies to get someone out to clean the water, most didnt answer, some said they would be available the next day or several hours later, and my insurance company said they would send someone to take a look. I decided to keep looking arou d and called project x and worked with Sam. Sam got a team out faster than most of the others took to reply. The team communicated when they would be here (showed up right on time), let me know what needed to be done, and how long it would take. They evaluated the damage giving me a quote right then and there. I gave the go ahead and the team didn't waste a moment before they started moving the furniture and handling everything. Project x came out, handled it, and left before the company my insurance sent over arrived. I am very impressed with how fast, efficient, and effective this company is. Project X did a fantastic job renovating my condo after my unit sustained water damage. Sam, the project manager, was professional, personable, and always prompt on getting back to me with any questions I had. He kept me informed with every aspect of the project, which I appreciate since I am very hands on. Sam oversaw the entire project, and made certain that nothing was omitted or glossed over. Even after repairs were completed, the job wrapped up, and new tenants moved in, he came back out to tweak a few things that the tenants requested to be looked at. That is real quality service that is hard to come by nowadays. I was extremely satisfied with Project X and would highly recommend them to any family or friends, and would hire them again in a heart beat.

I worked with Sam at Project X on a repairing some water damage from a roof leak. The entire project was first class. Sam is extremely responsive and was able to be flexible around scheduling. I was very impressed with the work they did. They "sealed" off the work area and kept the mess away from the rest of the living areas as they worked. The space was cleaner and looked better after they were done then it was before they started. The project took about 2 days longer then expected but it was absolutely worth the wait. If you have any restoration needs I highly recommend working with Project X and Sam.

We had some water damage to our hardwood floors 2 weeks ago due to a faulty fridge automatically dispensing water on a house we recently purchased but are not living in yet due to a post occupancy agreement. I called project x restoration and they had Danny come out within 2 hours of my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t push his services on me. In fact, he recommended that it would make more sense to not spend the money on him since the damage had occurred 2 weeks ago and paying for a dehumidifier was not likely going to provide a whole lot of benefit. Instead, he recommended that we use our hardwood flooring contractor to remove the damaged wood panels and replace them with new ones and that he’d gladly come back out to assess for mold once the panels were removed. Would highly recommend Project X Restoration.

Project X is the real deal. I had a pipe break in my home recently that soaked the downstairs entirely. It was on a Saturday, and my insurance company referred Project X. They called me immediately, gave me suggestions to lessen my damage, and were out within a couple hours. Sam, the project manager communicated everything they were going to do, and what to expect, and it actually went exactly as he said it would. The office staff was very helpful with my question about my insurance, and it was all around a very positive experience. Rick and his team stepped in after a previous restoration company did a not so great job. He navigated COVID related supply shortages and was able to get everything done while we were on vacation. Our dishwasher flooded our house during the night for over 3 hours causing irreparable damage to our hardwood floors as well as leading to 70% of our finished basement needing to be stripped down to the studs and sub flooring. Project X was sent from our insurance company and were there within 2 hours doing water mitigation, even though it was within the first few days of the quarantine. They were very helpful, telling us what to expect. They offered to do the renovation work as well, but made it clear there was no pressure to use them and that when the insurance appraisal of the damages was completed, I could send it to them & they would make sure nothing was left out so that we would get the best coverage. We got 4 different bids for the project and wound up going with Project X because their prices were very reasonable and they had been very easy to work with—no hassle. They completed the project on schedule & really close to their bid (the difference accounted for by our added requests) and they communicated well throughout the process. Our house looks better than ever before and we are extremely pleased with their customer service and craftsmanship.

We have used Project X twice in the past year for different water damage issues, a flooded basement due to an irrigation system freeze when we were out of town and a later bathtub drain flooding the garage ceiling.Both times we were extremely pleased with the response from David and his team. David talked us through the remediation/repair options and process and everything went according to plan. They were quick and responsive; doing the remediation quickly, then returning for the repairs. The work crews arrived as scheduled, worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves.
