I work in HOA Management. I have work with R3NG for 4 years now and they have done wonderful work, they are quick to respond, they work well with the homeowners when they need to contact them and schedule a time to do the repairs. They did a large roofing job for me in 2019-2020 and they did such a wonderful job. They communicate well with me on every step of the way to where I never had to question thier work, or ask for a follow up on anything, they would always beat me to it. I started working with R3NG when I took over a property not know at first how they would perform. The project was a very big one which included roofing, siding, gutters, etc. After meeting with them on site and continued to work with them the last 3-4 months, I have not only found them to be amazing at their work, but their professionalism, communication, and responsiveness has been way better than I expected. They are always available when you contact them, quick to respond, and fast on work orders when given to them. I really enjoy working with a contractor for once that is this great in their professionalism and communication and The quality of their work . They stay on schedule and within their contract price. I highly recommend.

I would like to express my appreciation of the exceptional and consistent job R3NG Roofing working together with CP&M has done on several major and minor projects for our HOA. All projects and scheduling were of high quality, on time and in many instances ahead of schedule, In addition always within the fair estimated cost provided.The sites were consistently left very clean and all waste materials removed. The team from every aspect possessed consideration for the homeowners and surrounding environment. I received consistent compliments from individual homeowners of positive feedback on every project. After a nasty hailstorm there was a leak in my roof. R3NG was very professional, helpful, and communicative, and handled all the red tape with my HOA and their insurance with very little hassle on my part. They did a fantastic job fixing the leak, and it was a pleasure working with them.

Professionals should understand that company vehicles are mobile billboards and consider that when it comes to their driving etiquette. If their behavior on road is a reflection of their company, I would not recommend doing business with them.

I serve on two different HOA Boards. R3NG and their sister company CP&M have done work at both of the associations. Recently R3NG was very efficient in replacing the roofs at one of the associations. They upgraded the venting on the 1940's buildings, added ice and water shield that is not required by Denver code, and did the job so that we received the GAF Golden Pledge warranty. This should protect this association for many years to come unless a hail storm gets to it first. All of the owners could not of been happier with the process, communication, efficiency of the team, and the final product. The Board was very happy with the process, the honesty of the installers (we were not sure if replacement decking would be required until the old roof was stripped off), and the timely communication both during the bidding process and then throughout the actual work all the way until the delivery of the warranty documents. R3NG works very hard to maintain their certifications with GAF and it shows!

They overdelivered on their promises, and on time. The roof replacement and whole house repainting were exceptional. I would strongly recommend this company to everyone. Jason Domecq is the ideal contractor. He helped us find and purchase tile for our Association's concrete roofs, provided realistic estimates about our costs, and provided frequent updates on the status of when our repairs would begin and when we could expect they would be completed.He has a calm approach and went above and beyond to provide information on how underlayment is used on our type of roofing.He provided added value by installing missing gutter clips (both from the hail storm we underwent, but the failure of the original developer to install clips every 2 feet) at a nominal cost, which we had requested his workmen do.Our Association will definitely contact him first if we have any future roofing issues.
