Folks just don't do business like Reroof America anymore. They are truly professionals in their field. We had nothing but excellent interactions and service from everyone on their team. They dealt almost entirely with our insurance company and negotiated skillfully for get the coverage needed. We as homeowners were never placed in the middle of contractor and insurance. They were highly skilled, clean and efficient when the work was complete they came back to do extra help of fixing our crawl space cover that quite frankly was extra and they could have told us to go pay some other contractor to fix. I am endlessly impressed with John, Jesse, and Kyle and all of the other people at Reroof America Colorado. So grateful and want to encourage community members to work with these pros.

I worked with Jesse Spiegel, and I am extremely satisfied with his performance. When I hired him, there was less than a month left for completing my roof and have the insurance cover it after the hail last year. It was easy to communicate with Jesse, he patiently answered to all my concerns, dealt with the insurance and got my roof done just in time to guarantee me the coverage from the insurance. I wanted to wait until we have lived under this new roof before I started to talk about it. So I let 6 months and a few storms go by before commenting.I have done construction observation and contract administration for many years as a landscape architect, so I have seen a few contractors come and go.There crew showed up on time and went right to work. It took about a full day and they were done by five, except for gutters. They ran a very clean worksite.The flashing matched the color of the stained house so well and was so well installed, I didn't think they put it in at first. All the shingles are nice and tight and straight. They perfectly overlap the new gutters. The roof is buttoned up very well and is wearing nicely. Their competition whom I asked to come out, eventually punted on the job telling me I needed to hire an engineer. Everything worked out fine without one.And within budget. Jesse, their representative, worked very well with State Farm to get the most for us. At first State Farm was resistant, but Jesse easily showed them the damage and they did agree.All in all, saved a bunch of money. The roof was done very well and we got new skylights, which we love. They did right by us. I am here to tell you! Loving our new roof guys! We couldn't be happier with the entire process. After the hail last year, our insurance didn't agree to a full replacement. When Reroof stepped in they assured me that the damage was there and that they could get insurance to pay for a whole replacement. Sure enough that is exactly what happened. They made the process simple and easy. Their people were professionals. And they put a beautiful roof on our home! I would recommend them highly!

In an honest review of the process of using Reroof America to replace my roof. I can say the team members Ryan and Jake were a pleasure to work with. They explained the process of not only the roof replacement but the extensive process of getting my insurance company to pay the correct value of my hail damage. The crew communicated well but was unsure of a few details when it came to the installation of the garage roof. A quick call settled the issue, a plus! As sometimes getting a hold of someone in construction can be difficult. The process for their team made it look easy as this was our first experience with a hail claim and dealing with a roofing company. We had a few items that were addressed with Craig. Thanks to Reroof America our home was transformed with a new roof and new paint job! My only critique would be that Octavais needed to be onsite a bit more to prevent the corrections needed, but the issues were resolved.

Reroof America has done a magnificent job on our roofing project this year! Our home is an old Victorian in Boulder and after a major storm Jesse approached us with support for our re-roofing needs. When it was discovered that the project was more than any of us planned for due to it's 121 years of wear and tear, John and his team found a solution to keep the integrity of the home while completing the new roof. We were very pleased with the outcome and the support we got from them regarding this matter.We also felt the crew who did the roof were extremely respectful and trustworthy. We are very happy! My roof was damaged from a hailstorm. I was lucky enough to meet Jesse Spiegel from “Reroof America.” Jesse handled the problem from first day thru the end. My insurance company paid for an entire new roof. Jesse always made himself available for questions and scheduling dates throughout the entire process. If you need, or suspect that you need roofing repairs, call Reroof America and then ask to speak with Jesse Spiegel. I am very pleased with everything that they did and highly recommend them as a roofing contractor.

DO NOT USE!!!The sales representative, Justin Hubbard, could not be more unprofessional. Justin and my husband had a call to discuss hail damage to our roof. During the call Justin stated that there have been at least two serious hail events in the last year based on his knowledge of my area that would allow us to pursue a claim with our insurance company. We call the insurance company to file a claim and the insurance company tells us that there hasn't been a hail storm of any magnitude for over 14 months and that we cannot pursue a claim as a result.I call Justin back and he admits he didn't look up to verify that there were any recent hail storms before telling me to pursue a claim on our phone call. So now I have an insurance company that will never allow me to claim hail, even in the future, because this company had led us astray. Furthermore, Justin couldn't have been more rude about the entire situation, constantly just trying to sell me on a roof no matter what.As we told Justin, we rely on the roofing company to provide us with the proper advice when pursuing a claim. It was evident that all Justin wanted to do was to sell me a new roof no matter if he had to lie or manipulate his way into doing so, which he tried to do.If you value customer service and want a company that will help you pursue a claim with your insurance company, this is not the company. If you want someone who will lie and try to manipulate you into getting a new roof, then go with this company.Edit: Since editing my original review is the only way to respond, I just want to state that the response from the owner is complete BS. Justin only had one thing in mind - selling me a roof. This wasn’t my lack of understanding of my own policy, nor did Justin have my best interests in mind. I clearly laid out my policy to Justin during the call and in advance of the call. It’s sad that an owner would try to cover his mistakes by blaming the customer, especially when I gave the company even more information than was requested to avoid any issues. Really goes to show their true colors. I’m sure it’s the same response if they mess up a roof install - “it was the customer’s fault!” Beyond sad. BBB complaint is forthcoming.

This was a difficult hail damage project. We had solar panels to dismantle and reinstall after the roofing was completed and had a great deal of scheduling timelines to work around as a result. Nevertheless, the project manager, Jesse Spiegel, always came through and managed to get the job done as promised. Jesse never failed to respond to a phone call or email and was also a great help with the insurance company.

Beware! Very disappointed in this shady company. It started with an aggressive cold call that pressured us into setting up a meeting to assess our roof. Even though I cancelled the meeting, they still showed up! Very rude, and pressure sales. Only decided to engage because they wouldn't leave me alone. Gonna keep this brief, but word of advice, make sure whatever they try to get you to sign, you read everything carefully. They pack their agreements with shady clauses that will end up costing you more money! I have never experienced this before from many other vendors I have dealt with personally and with my own company. Honestly, I would just choose another roofing company... many to choose from. I wish I had been able to give a good review.

I had an insurance company that was extremely difficult to work with but Jesse Speigel of ReRoof America helped guide every step of the process and work with the insurance company to get the claim covered. Not sure I would have succeeded without the help. ReRoof America also did an incredible job on the roof and when we had an issue (wrong color caulk) Jesse actually had his team come back, pull the last layer of shingles, and fix it so it looked perfect.

Chiming in here based on the response from the owner. Unfortunately what was said is simply not true. Communication with Reroof was a problem from day 1. I also didn't sign anything, which we are currently disputing. Reroof has yet to produce a copy of the contract with my signature on it. I also have communication from a rep from Reroof that everything would be closed out and we wouldn't hear from them again. The next evening they showed up at our door, unannounced. That is simply unprofessional and invasive. No company should do that!
