Matt and his Crew are Amazing! After talking with many other companies who treated the entire sales process as if it were a Timeshare or Car sale, Matt came through with the real deal. He knew what I wanted and needed and didn't try to push or up sell me on anything unnecessary. He was also willing to do things other companies were not, like being able to spot repair some rotted sheathing rather than needing to re-sheath the entire house. One side of my house also needed a properly graded roof added over an existing flat roof. Other companies wouldn't even try to help and said I needed to hire another contractor to do that first. But Matt and his guys were able to solve the problem for me and built the addition with ease. At the same time fixing a roof leak issue that I had in that area. He also pulled all the proper permits and was very knowledgable about all the building codes.With Road Home Exteriors you get a fair price and quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new siding, exterior painting, gutters, and roofing.I'm very happy with the job Matt and his crew performed. We were hit by a tornado in June and I immediately called Road Home to help look at the damage. Matt (the owner), came over the same day to make sure everything was safe. Once we received our insurance claim, Matt met with adjuster to make sure everything was looked over. Road Home replaced our roof, painted our house, replaced the gutters and repaired our damaged siding. Matt’s crew was very professional and worked quickly! Can't say enough about our experience with Road Home Exteriors. Our house suffered from significant hail damage in Summer 2023. I contacted Matt at Road Home and he was incredibly responsive. From the free initial inspection all the way through the final inspection I was very pleased with the customer service Matt provided. He was incredibly helpful in dealing with the insurance company and made the scheduling for the roof and gutter install as seamless as could be. Road Home Exteriors recently replaced my roof and windows all at once. We had hail damage this summer at our home in Westminster and Leo came out to do an inspection on the roof. He was confident that our insurance company would cover the roof replacement and helped walk us through the entire process of how to file a claim and get things moving. I couldn't be more thankful for his expertise and professionalism while we went through this process. His team of roofers finished our entire roof in just one day! The next day, their crew showed up again to install new windows - those took just 2 days to replace about 85% of them. We are so happy with the quality of the windows we chose and with the quality of the installation job. I could not recommend Road Home Exteriors more highly to anyone who needs a roof or windows. I understand they also do siding in the Denver area, and I would expect that service would be just as high quality as our experience was. Matt and his team were awesome! They installed 20 new Pella Architect series double hung windows about 6 months ago! Fantastic! Not only is the house much better insulated from the weather but the house is much quieter, too! Mike and David did an amazing job measuring each window precisely and JJ and his team of installers were on time, respectful of the property, and kept the exterior and interior clear of debris. Many of the windows had subtle differences and each issue was brought to our attention and mapped out perfectly. Things like matching a dark interior stain in one room to noting the best grille pattern for the exterior.Matt communicated very thoroughly throughout process and kept us up-to-date on all the details. I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, the Project Manager for Road Home Exteriors. We heard about them through a friend and are happy we hired them. We had a problem with our wood composite siding which was damaged in a couple of places where the roof met the siding. Matt was able to repair our siding at no additional cost because we had an insurance claim on our roof. He was able to do both jobs for the cost of the roof! The communication was great, the service was great and we could not be happier with the quality of the work. It was easy - all we had to do was pick colors and he took care of the rest. The entire team was great to work with. Matt came out 3 times in person. Once to provide a quote for painting the entire exterior of our house, prior to the project starting to cover all the details, and once again when the project was complete. Marco and team did a great job, were very detailed, and cleaned up after.
