Company is unethical as it locks you out of your projects if you end your subscription. Make sure you keep a downloaded backup of everything you make, because they will lock you out just so you can spend $100 to get a document you already made.***Update: I did as the company's reply said and requested a pdf copy of my DIY report. I was then told by their support that I needed to reactivate my subscription.
