Getting a new roof isn't something people do very often, so we appreciated their expertise and professionalism throughout the repairs from the storm. Nick and Brian at Rowin Construction are amazing. They worked with my insurance company to upgrade my shingles after the hail storm in 2018, then provided the documentation to get me a discount on my premium. The improved shingles withstood the hail storm in 2019 that resulted in many of my neighbors replacing their roofs a second time. They responded quickly to any questions and provided thorough information throughout the process.

Nick and Brian are fantastic. They are local, so they don't disappear when the storm fades. They are extremely responsive and easy to work with, which is vital when you are deal with insurance (which never goes as planned). They clearly have your best interest at heart, not just taking your money and moving on. And they will absolutely return to address any issues post roof replacement (even a year or two later!). We used Rowin Construction, based on a neighbors referral, to replace our roof after a hail storm. They replaced the roofs of many of our friends and neighbors after that storm. I had hail damage on my mountain property in Wondervu that would require me to replace the roof. I didn't know any roofing contractors and decided to ask around. I got a fabulous reference for Rowin Construction from a Lowe's employee and called Nick the next day. He came out looked over my property, sent me a quote in line with what my insurance carrier suggested, and we scheduled the job. HOLY COW! What a great job - the roof is a gambrel style roof so could be wonky in its finished look. The team that came out - Alfonso's crew - did an exemplary job - and didn't leave any nails for me to run over with my truck or debris to clean up. Nick helped me choose the right impact resistant shingle for the area I live in and repaired some of the roof openings that were existent on the roof. One year later, and I am a happy camper - I wouldn't use anyone else for my roofing needs up here!

I learned of Rowin from a referral during one of Colorado's inevitable hail aftermaths. Rowin was quick and professional during the evaluation step and then handled the interaction with my insurance company for me. Their work crew was organized, clean, and fast. In a neighborhood that was filled with reroofing work, Rowin's crew kept the nails under control and policed their trash far better than the other company's crews did. A few months after they finished the work, we had ANOTHER hail storm. Several houses which had just had their roofs replaced found themselves doing it again. Rowin had helped me get high impact shingling in place and the day after that storm showed up to inspect and verify that there was no new damage. They're based in Colorado and not a "traveling storm chaser" repair crew, so they care about their customers to a degree others do not. Great crew, absolutely recommend them!

My new roof is beautiful. It is much better even than my old roof and is now hail proof. I worked mainly with Nick Inglatt. He showed up when the State Farm inspector was here and spent hours with him understanding every tiny detail of the job. He was lovely when dealing with my concerns even answering a phone call at a Rockies game where he was with his kids. Every bit of the claim was handled promptly and efficiently with State Farm I had very little to do. A large team was sent when the time came to actually replace the roof. It only took them two days. Others in the neighborhood had workers banging away for over a week. I highly recommend Rowin Construction.

Rowin Construction rep Nick Inglett, took us through the whole process from filing with the insurance company to having our entire roof replaced. He inspected the workmanship every day and was there when the adjustor and the inspector came to view the work. Nick discussed with the adjustor on options and adjustments that would benefit us the most. I recommend Rowin Construction for their workmanship, choice of materials and customer service. Nick was the man!
