I’m a very dissatisfied customer and mad at Summit Solar and Roofing company in Denver… I told the salesman that we didn’t want the roof fixed if we had to pay too much money out of pocket because we have too many bills as it is! However, he assured me that we wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket, as he had our backs… He insisted that we have our roof fixed. We did. They made us pay all the money the insurance gave us & more.!They picked up most of the debris left behind, but left a ton of it on the ground also.We told the contractor about ten times not to order windows for us because we wanted to get better windows on our own. He still had a company replace the broken windows! And made us pay for those windows and more! Not to mention, they delayed our project for four months and would not return our calls! I wrote this review hoping more people don’t get ripped off!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. We worked closely with Taylor and he succeeded to meet all of our expectations. His team was hardworking and talented. Taylor went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions or needed help with things. This was my first time going through the insurance process and what sounds difficult was made entirely easy by Taylor. He made sure to personally stop by when work was being done to make sure things were in order. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I know getting work done on your home can be stressful, but not once did I feel stressed. Taylor made this entire process easy and smooth. Can’t thank them enough!

We used summit color and roofing to replace our roof after damage by hail.We have have replaced our roof 3 times in the last 10 years,this was by far the most positive experience we have had.Ian House helped us through the whole process. He delt with the insurance company getting us a lot more money then the insurance company initially offered. He came out and took his time documenting damage to the roof, gutters and siding.He took the time to explain all aspects of the process and made sure we were kept informed even step of the way.He gained our trust and respect and now that the job is done we are very pleased with the result. We will be contacting Ian for any and all future projects to our home.

My parents had to get a new roof and language barrier with my parents was an issue but Kevin the consultant was patient, kind and understanding through the process. Kevin was professional and I was able to get of hold of him quickly. And he was able to follow through with the things we requested. I would strongly recommend Summit Solar & Roofing, Inc. I had my roof done over a year ago with another company and we had issues with the roof leaking the owner said she would have one of worker look at but gave us the run around and she failed to keep her commitment. Eventually we ended up having to pay out of pocket for the repair.Service: Roof installation

Summit Solar and Roofing is a fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Kevin and Gage handled everything with our insurance company, including being present for the inspection to make sure nothing was overlooked. Dave and their crew came in like a well oiled machine and replaced our roof, gutters and gutters guards in a single day! They use high quality materials, provide high quality work, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them for a hassle free experience!

Summit has changed my mind when it comes to working with roofing companies. The entire process of inspection, to receiving the insurance check, HOA paperwork, etc - it's all been painless on my end. Don't hesitate to contact them for your roofing needs. Never once did I feel like I was being hustled, and all communication has been direct. Also a shout out to the team that did the install. I was quite pleased to not to find nails/debris left in the yard or driveway.

Mike and his team were our absolute favorite to work with as we upgraded our home. Mike was able to walk us through our insurance claim and made it feel so easy! He made sure that we didn’t pay any more than we needed to and was attentive at communicating with us as well as our insurance company. We just used Summit Solar and Roofing to get a roof replacement from a hail storm we had a few months back and I couldn't have been happier with the service and final product, then we also got solar through them and just waiting for that to be installed. They were doing a lot of work in our area, I didn't think much of it but because I had a roofer come by and tell me that I didn't have any damage. Then Kyler came by and told me that Summit works really well with insurance and knows what insurance is looking for when it comes to damage, he told me he would give me a second opinion. Late to initial appt to schedule estimate due to their guy being out late the night before. No call provided for an updated time until 1.5 hours after appt time. We wasted our Saturday morning waiting for them to arrive. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and signed them up. They gave a $750 credit for yard sign and took a deposit. Roof job was scheduled, stayed home to work remotely (which was a strain on my job) the crew did not show. When I called they apologized for not communicating the rescheduled job. Signed up a local company to detach and reattach solar panels, despite their claim to be able to handle it all. I was not given the option to use Tesla to have the job done right. The job was not done right. Roofers dropped a hammer on a panel and broke it causing yet additional hassle to deal with. Solar was not installed properly, Tesla inspected and found that the install could have been a hazard to my house and family. Many months later the job was finished and I mistakenly paid the invoice amount that included the shed roofing which was not done. Two months of follow up to get the overpayment refunded and they refused, offering to remove the yard sign credit and invoice the difference. I would not recommend this company and would give less than one star if possible.Services: Roofing, Roof installation

This company has the most DISRESPECTFUL sales people coming to knock on people's door. Who doesn't give business cards and then yells at a home owner that "they hope they don't do business with you" Along with leaving this review, I will contact the business and complain of how rude and unprofessional one of theirs reps were! If we don't feel comfortable working with you, let it go and move on!!!!
