after dwayne performed a minor repair on my tile roof, he conducted a thorough examination of the entire roofing system. the pictures he showed me of the roll asphalt underlayment revealed that it was deteriorating and had even turned to dust in certain areas. this was a revelation since my house was constructed in denver.

However, Dwayne, a key team member, went the extra mile by driving for an hour to our house in Denver to conduct a thorough inspection, ensuring everything was done to perfection.
