Purpose Built

Had an old farm garage roof that needed replacement, the 3-tab shingles were wind blown and degranulated. I thought maybe the garage was beyond repair and might just need to be scraped, but Marcelino and his team at TRI were able to redeck and replace the roof since the rafters were still in good enough shape, saved us a bunch of money and it looks great now! Unfortunately no after pictures, but you can see the condition it was in before. Thanks Marcelino!

I recently had my old 3-tab shingles replaced with 30-year composition shingles by this companie. The team was professional and worked effeciently. They finished my roof in one day, and kept the yard really clean. They went behind with a nail magnet and made sure to pick evertything up, very tidy! The new shingles look great, they helped me pick a good color for the house and the overall roofing work was high quality. Very happy I went with Tri Construction for my roof!

TRI replaced my old 3-tab shingles with new 30-year compostion shingles. They were rotting out so I had to get it done. The crew conducted themselves proffesionally and were courteous throughout the whole process. The project was completed quickly, and the crew made sure everything was clean up well. They found some dry rotted decking and replaced that too. The new roof looks sooo good! Highly recommend these guys.

When I did roofing hail repair and roof replacement, I actually worked with Marcelino to subcontract some of my work to him since I was overloaded. He did an absolutely perfect job on the projects that I used him for. This was after that HUGE hailstorm hit in May 2017 along the west Denver metro area (Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Golden, etc.). Suffice to say he did a LOT of different things for me - roofing, siding, gutters, attic vents, attic insulation, skylights, window replacement, etc. Since he is a licensed general contractor (A/B license), he has a master tradesman's understanding of the whole house and its thermal/moisture envelope, which means he builds roofs (among other things) that will last the full length of their lifespan without heat, load, moisture, mold, or other issues. I cannot recommend him enough for any construction needs you may have.
