Installation of new roof. Weatherproof Exteriors did a great job installing a new roof. We knew that we had a problem when there was water damage on our ceiling. Arthur Barrett from Weatherproof Exteriors came out promptly and provided me quotes for two different options, a less expensive patch up job that would last a couple years or a new roof that would last 20 years and cost more up front but save more money in the long term. I appreciated the information to be able to make a decision that fit my budget and needs. In the end, Arthur and his team installed a new roof and got it done in just one day. New roof on garage and house. Pedro is top notch! He handled everything and made it so easy for me. His crew came out and had one side of the old roof off in about 50 minutes. They worked hard and fast! After seeing how hard and fast they worked on the garage, I told them there was no rush, and to please take the day off. But you better believe they showed up the next business day ready to start on my house. My house has never looked better! Amazing quality, great color. The darker roof makes the red brick pop. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality job.

Carlos came out and gave me a quote for my roof repair. He was fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I had several quotes and Carlos’s quote wasn't the highest or the lowest…it was about right in the middle. Arthur Barrett knocked on my door while canvassing my neighborhood to offer a roof inspection. I allowed him roof access and he went up a few steps on roof, turned around and came down and said my roof had hail damage and needed full replacement. He submitted claim and my insurance sent out a 3rd party roof inspector. He was up on roof for 50 minutes and came down and said there was NO hail damage. I'm not impressed with Mr. Barrett's attempts of trying to drum up business by submitting false claims of hail damage to my insurance Co. Very unprofessional. Never heard a word back from him....Service: Roof inspection
