Brandon worked directly with my insurance adjuster from start to finish. He emailed and explained the damage and repairs needed. This greatly increased the payout from my insurance company. He also arranged my solar panel removal and re-installation. Overall Brandon and his guys were awesome. Roof was stripped and completed in a day. I've never had a great experience with getting a new roof. Mike Dvorak a sales manager was great and friendly, and explained so much about the roof and gutters we were getting. Then he explained to us about how the insurance was going to work, and what they covered and what our balance was. Mike is so professional, and him, Monica, and Brandon the owner took time to come by and make sure we were happy with the roof, and gutters. The crew was also very professional and made sure that there was no trash or nails left in our yard or driveway. I will recommend this Company to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much to everyone at Wimmer that made getting a roof and gutters easily.

Brandon did an excellent job fixing the front door to close securely. He replaced the locks and fixed the door to shut smoothly. He has excellent wood working skills, great customer service, and was on time for his appointments. After the second hail storm this summer, I tried and tried to get someone to come out and do an inspection of my roof. One company never came, the other said my roof was too steep. Two other roofing companies never bothered to call me back. One Saturday night about 6:30 Johnathan Price showed up from Wimmer Roofing and offered to do a detailed inspection of my roof. I was thrilled to finally get someone to climb onto my ultra steep roof and do an inspection of my home and outbuildings. He said he would be glad to work with me and my insurance company, and reported that I had substantial damage. I called my insurance company and they sent an adjuster to inspect my roof. He reported that I had no damage and left. Johnathan advised me to request another inspection and offered to be there when the second adjuster came. They did the second inspection and my insurance adjuster found over $25,000 worth of damage to my roof, siding and outbuildings. Johnathan Price worked with my insurance company and coordinated the repairs. The roofers were polite, did a great job, and left me with a beautiful new roof. I am also going to get some new paint to repair my hail damage. I couldn't be happier. Johnathan is a great guy! Honest, helpful and a hard worker. He is a refreshing dedicated man from the past when service was expected and given with a smile.

I am on the Board of Directors and live in a large condominium community. We had Wimmer Roofing and Exteriors work on 11-4 unit buildings. They installed new venting, gutters and downspouts also corrected dead valleys due to ice damming. We received daily updates and photos of their progress. Brandon, Brian and Monica were always available to answer any questions, Brian was on the property daily. We all were very pleased with their knowledge, workmanship and expertise. We have worked with Monica Lowrie from Wimmer on multiple occasions. Monica is always prompt, thorough, and incredibly helpful. She was at our door (and on our roof With supplies) within an hour of hail shattering through our skylights. With each roofing repair she explained everything that was going on with the project and helped guide us through the entire claim process with our insurance company. She explained ever step with accurate time lines and was able to diagnose and fix every problem we have had quickly and accurately.Every time Monica has been on our roof she has immediately texted me pictures with explanations of issues or damage. Even after the projects are completed Monica always is available for consultations and never ceases to go above and beyond. Of all the projects we have had done in the 10+ years of owning our home, Monica from Wimmer has provided the best customer service we have ever had. She is my first call for all my roofing and exterior needs.

We had our roof replaced in 2012. It was done properly and in only 2 days. However, during the process, some of the paint on the exterior had to be touched up from the work done by the roofers. Wimmer took care of this, but 2 years later while on the roof I noticed a section where the touch-up was done incorrectly. I called Chris G and he immediately started working on fixing the problem. It took a little while to get finished because there was such a lack of painting contractors available, but Chris saw this through to the end and made sure I was happy. I don't know how many companies would come back out after 2 years and take responsibility, but Wimmer and Chris did. They will be the first company I refer when any of my friends or family need the kinds of services they provide.

Midway through selling elderly mother's home, a roof leak was discovered. Brandon came out the very day I called (Sunday) and upon inspection found major hail damage. Due to unforeseen circumstances (Covid), insurance claim was denied and he went above and beyond working with insurance rep to get claim covered. Materials arrived within days and job efficiently finished when promised. Just don't waste your time with this company and save yourself the stress. Was supposed to have the roof done and completed in August, it's now November and it is still unfinished. The skylights were installed incorrectly and they have yet to come back and fix them. The workers left their garbage in both yards. This includes water bottles, nails, and broken glass. Their are children in the home and this is dangerous! Not once have they came back to clean up their mess. Phone calls are not returned and on an occasion they will come by unannounced for bs reasons. Currently their are two ladders in the yard from when they came unexpectedly and just left them. I'm also pretty sure they hit my car. Do not utilize this company and save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Left trash all over my yard while I was 28 weeks pregnant had to walk over it. made my husband cut down a tree to replace a gutter that they never replaced. skylights are in crooked wrong size left ladders leaning against the house over the weekend. none of the people working on my house spoke English had to get an extension from my insurance company. still haven't got my windows in over a year later. all around just one of the worst companies that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Wimmer Roofing put a flier on my front door right next to my "No Soliciting" sign. I contacted them, telling them I didn't like the flier being put on my door, due to the no soliciting sign. Their response was very rude and impersonal. I have attached their response. It says: "Thank you for your email, We are canvassing, Not soliciting... Big Difference" No apology, no personal signature, etc. I would be very sceptical about a company that is this rude, working on my home, if this is how they treat a simple email about their door fliers!!!

They ruined my vintage car and I'm pretty sure my sales rep was hitting on me while my husband wasn't home... He had disgusting teeth... It's been more than a month and the shingles are still lifting and the worst part of this traumatic experience is that my dog stepped through a nail and they wontons the vet bill ... I hope city inspection passes but I doubt it... They didn't pull a permit until I called repeatedly and they failed the first inspector for not using "ice and water".. Not sure what that means but they won't return my calls now
