Terrible company. Salesman came out and sold us 6 windows, telling us it would not change the exterior. When the installer came out, he immediately told us we were going to be unhappy and would feel the need to replace the entire house. Bait and switch. Avoid at all costs.Response from the ownerHello Deb, I do not see you in our CRM system which we keep all past, current, and prospective customers in. We apologize for your experience, but this does not sound like our team or process whats...WOW. You delete bad reviews because I couldn’t find it after your reply. You guys are tricky. You have central number that doles out sales leads all across Colorado. We used a Durango sales person. Commission sales and not reputable. The Denver guy actually had the audacity to tell us we could replace all the windows slowly over time. We NEVER intended to replace all the windows.

We completed a renovation on our home this year including 35 windows, our roof and a massive bi-folding patio door. Window Replacement Denver’s process was 10/10 from start to finish. Our rep, Daniel Dehdashti, was polite, always on time and knowledgeable. His window insight helped us save a lot of money and gain a lot of glass space. There aren't enough great things I can say about the team at Pachner Exteriors. Dillon, at Packner Exteriors has been key in helping us with our home window replacement project. Though our project started with another company who was not able to finish our project. Brandon was happy to help us complete the project and did the install, I can tell you the best part of this whole process, the install went beautifully and they were professionals. I had a window break after the fact and I have small children at home. Dillon got involved again and contacted the manufacturer for us and escalated our warranty claim. I have to say businesses that are successful can be measured by how they interact with the clients. and even though this project didn't start well Packner and Dillon M. Made sure our project wasn't just left by the wayside. "even though they didn't have too". If you are looking for a company that will help you even when it doesn't benefit them and do what they can to assist. call Packner and ask for Dillon, he'll get the job done. Matthew Burnett at Pachner was / is exceptional. Super easy to work with. We had another company also review, but what sold the Pachner expereice for us, was that they take care of the whole project. We had to replace the Roof, Sky Lights, Screens, and some Paint work.Matthew went above and beyond. He organized all the projects and worked with our insurance company. He kept me updated every week until construction, and was there every day when work was being done. He cleaned up every day after the workers left. He even cleaned up the mess left from roofers on our other side all around their property, knowing that there are a lot of kids on our block.Our neighbor is in construction, and he recommended Pachner, they are also his roof.We have other neighbors who went with other companies, and they are still waiting for the gutters to be done, as their roofers just do the roof.We had a great experience with Pachner, and wanted to say thanks to Matthew for making it easy for us.Our new roof looks great!

When we get the hail storms, everyone shows up. Pachner Exteriors was one of the many. So who do you select? Everyone seems to have about the same price and that really seems to depend upon what the insurance company will pay. Workmanship should be comparable between various quality companies due to regulations and county inspections. The key to me was the people I would be dealing with. Are they going to be dependable, reliable and knowledgeable in getting everything done and done well was my concern. Well I have to say that the customer service and workmanship I got from Matthew and Jim was first class and I could not ask for more. Excellent job gentleman!!!! Thanks!!!

Pachner Exteriors (Daniel, Ted, Chase) did a FABULOUS job on our home, and I'm over the moon about my gorgeous windows & the way we were treated throughout the process! Pachner came highly recommended from someone who had used them for complicated, custom windows in the Broadmoor. A window 'team' is in the home quite a bit, and Daniel Dehdashti, Chase & Ted, from start to finish, exhibited excellence, professionalism, respect, kindness & grace in every moment of the process. They never pushed us to choose a product not suited to our family, but they took the time on the front end to REALLY LISTEN to our desires and needs. We got the feeling that they really CARED because they sat down with us, were never rushed, and didn't mind how many times I emailed/called them to ask questions. They gave beautiful recommendations for trim and style, and I'm thankful for their expertise in all the complexities. We chose black grids and are in love with our windows! Replacing all the windows in one's home, which we did, is a BIG DEAL, and Daniel and his team treated us with that understanding: attentiveness and attention to detail marked all that they did. They were really 'on the ball' with all the many facets of selection and installation (we also knocked out a wall and installed a sliding glass door), overseeing with care what can be a messy ordeal. But it FELT to us like less of a hassle because of their professionalism during each step. The quality of the Pella product is superb, and we no longer have aluminum 1970's windows that won't close properly and that impact our 'curb appeal.' Our windows really 'pop' now and make a statement, and I'm loving the unexpected blessing of the new white wooden interior trim. I'd use this company again 100 times over for the care and quality we received! Daniel, Chase and Ted have followed up and have remained available and attentive. We had an OUTSTANDING experience.
