Tried to get them out to a job back in June. Reached out on four seprate occasions. They said they’d be there on a certain date and never showed up, I’m a contractor and they blew me off so good luck to the everyday citizen. The third time I called the guy said “we assumed you just had someone else do it”. He then said he would need to check but he would get back to me because “ we have to at least let you know we can’t do it.” No call back: I called a week later (December at this point) he then said “I’ll have a crew there tomorrow.” Still nothing . It’d be nice to get a call from the owner but the salesman/pms are not held accountable obviously so that probably wouldn’t help. Poorly run company that you should avoid like the plegue.

They charged 3 times as much as their estimate. Workers spent days on site loitering and sleeping in trucks that they billed to the project. Then managers threatened to sue if bill not fully paid. Steer clear.
