Karlo and his crew at Roof Evolution are true professionals. They are proud of their craft and are extremely good at it. Karlo knows about customer service, and knew we would appreciated seeing him on site five or six times over two full days looking over his crews work and giving constructive feedback.In fact, I was so pleased that they were able to replace my noisey rood exhaust fan with a ridge vent - very well executed, and now i have my peace and quiet back.I strongly recommend Karlo and Roof Evolution. After a major hail storm in 2018 damaged our lightweight tile roof I met with almost every tile roofing company in the Denver area to get bids on a full replacement. I actually met one of the owners, Rich, at a car show where they had a display. I made an appointment for an inspection and they came out promptly and gave me a bid that was in line with the insurance estimate. They gave me a 10 year warranty which was longer than most other companies quoted. I had concerns about roof and soffit ventilation, vaulted ceiling concerns, gutter replacement concerns, removal of my old roof without damage, etc. They addressed all of my concerns and did an outstanding job with no damage to my landscaping, concrete fountains, concrete planters, etc. all of which was important to me. Best of all it has now been two and a half years since the job was completed and I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever and the tile roof still looks amazing. I would highly recommend Roof Evolution for any size job, especially tile roofs which take a special expertise,Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Really happy with the entire experience. I called for an estimate. Their rep was there the next day. He gave me several options on materials, made recommendations and stayed in close contact throughout the install. The crew came when they promised. Removed old three layers of shingles and installed new in one day. Great job. I have a rental house that will need a new roof this summer and i plan on hiring Roof Evolution to do that one too.

This company sucks!!! I was highly recommended to these folks by a neighbor, Ms. McCormick. Our sky lights are leaking during the summer, so last year I made an appointment, and kept the leaking skylights until now, because I was so impressed by the reference from many months ago. I am guessing now, I was punked as my appointment was for April 1, at 8:00am. I have never received a call, even after I have left a couple messages. So, I hope this company is proud of themselves for leaving a 71 year old lady hanging with leaking skylights, after I waited months to use you. Great joke!

I no longer find shingles in my yard! This is probably the best roof my house has had. Originally my insurance company only want to cover a portion of the roof after Richard arranged for a new inspection the insurance covered the entire replacement! Great customer service.

They brought many samples to our house and were patient as we made a choice. They made sure it was ok with our homeowner association. Install was fast. They could have cleaned up the nails a little better in the yard. We still find some almost a year later.
