I had an issue with my boiler after they had already came in and did their yearly check up on it and they fixed and replaced the issue with no questions asked. Mike Lykins, the tech that came to look at it was great and walked me through the whole process while he got the boiler up and running again. They are an awesome company and I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone that needs their heater/ boiler units worked on or replaced. After arriving at our cabin and realizing our furnace was not working, the team at All American Heating was super helpful in diagnosing the issue over the phone (late at night) and coming to realization that our 20 year old furnace required replacement. Mark was excellent to work with in getting us a quote immediately and getting us on the schedule within 2 days! The install team, including Jeff, was fantastic. They arrive on time, were very respectable, did the install quickly and got the heat pumping through the cabin. We are very thankful for the great service and quick response time (during a holiday week).

Mark (the owner) came over to assess the problem. He's a great guy and arrived shortly after I called. Mark was able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the part, and get it resolved the same day. In addition, the communication from the office and also the tech was seamless. These guys are great!

Mark came out and diagnosed the need for a new gas valve for my boiler. He ordered the correct part, installed it in a timely manner, and had all the sophisticated equipment needed to calibrate the new valve for proper propane burning without excessive carbon monoxide in the exhaust. Quality job throughout and constant communication and updates. I would use them again without hesitation.

Wow ! Where do I even begin. I have never been so impressed with a company in my life. My furnace stopped working and it needed to be replaced. From the first call I made for service and throughout the entire process I was blown away with everybody I worked with. The leadership team, the technicians and the customer service team are all incredible. Every individual that I interacted with either in person or on the phone was professional and knowledgeable. I have 32 years of experience in the natural gas industry, so I think I have good understanding of what customer service is all about and All American Heating is by far the best HVAC company that I have ever worked with. All American Heating, Fairplay, Colorado delivers on the promises they make. I had them install a Bosch 5000 series dual-zone heat pump with mini splits in my log home outside of Fairplay, Colorado. The project began a little rocky, as many home improvement projects often do, but as of the writing of this review I am very satisfied with the value and the customer service I received from Mark, the owner of All American, and all of his employees with whom I interacted.There’s still some work to be done, so I’ll update this review with some great pictures of the quality work All American delivers to their customers when the work’s all done.I strongly recommend All American Heating.

From the girls in the office who answered questions and scheduled work to the technician, Tom Peluso, who installed 2 new water heaters and replaced a well water filter, every experience with All American was professional and caring. We are new home owners in Breck, unfamiliar with the market and after a friend who volunteers with the local Historical Society suggested them as All American had done work for them, I thought this was a very good recommendation - as it did indeed turn out to be. We were stuck with no heat entering into a long holiday weekend. Other companies could not come for 5 days and with the night temps in the teens, we could have had frozen pipes and extensive damage. All were kind, considerate and professional. We were notified the time parameters in which Mike and Draven would arrive and each arrived within those time frames.
