Deep Water literally made my nightmare of an experience manageable...I had a house fire. Everyone I dealt with was professional...kind and took care of business. Brandy was like a miracle worker in how she coordinated everything and kept me in the loop every step of the way. All the workers were great but Joey went above and beyond to take care of every little detail including a great job cleaning up. There were extenuating circumstances in my home and Joey handled it ease. I would 100% recommend this business if you find yourself in a situation like mine....or any other that requires mitigation. Expect everything late and don’t expect them to be fair when they royally mess up your house.Day one late to the appointment they setLater that day one of 3 techs make it out so they then rescheduled for the next dayDay 2 no one showed upThis kept happening through the entire processElectrical cut and shorted (they fixed)Carpet cut when it said pull back insurance denied that portion I was left footing the bill for half of the carpet price for contractor grade.When the bill came we were advised a price to handle it all then their subsidiary company abest asbestos sent us another bill.Overall just feel entirely taken advantage of by techs that never seem to know what’s going on. And if you expect them to be thinking about the re assemble process that won’t happen I kept pushing for them to get on the flooring as I expected delays which there were but this was after I removed them from the project. This company will ensure the process is as frustrating and long as possible.

Christian and Anthony were thorough when explaining the work to be done to dry out our crawlspace, answered our questions re the end result, were efficient when doing the work, and respectful of us and our home. They called prior to arrival, were prompt and did not linger 'to visit' when the work was accomplished. They were appropriately dressed...i.e., never showed 'plumber's butt' when bending over the floor opening to the crawl space. If they could have come every visit ( about 5-6visits) there would have been more continuity . Instead , different workers came every time and this created some confusion . Jessie, William, Philip, and Vlad were awesome and I highly recommend this company! We had over 6 inches of water in our backyard from a massive rain that seeped into our basement and flooded the carpet. At 10pm they brought their crew, emptied 3 100 gallon tanks, and were able to get most of the water out of the carpet and backyard. Despite working an incredibly full day, they came as soon as they were finished with their previous appointment. They were all incredibly kind and walked us through each step they took, and what steps we, as homeowners, should take for the future. I am so happy we found Deep Water! A pipe busted in our home. Vlad and Riley were just here and started mitigation. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions/concerns. I was shocked at how quick Deep Water had someone at our home to help us out. They only care about getting the check from the insurance company. We called and called to get them to come out and finish the job. We finally gave up and had someone else finish what they should have finished! Lousy service and poor quality. Don't use this company for your flood restoration!
