Recently I stopped in for just a simple piece of hardware i was having a horrible day. They helped me find what I needed and made sure i was taken care of. I left in a much better mood.The staff there is great and knowledgeable always friendly.I love this place whenever I am in the area. I go there to get what I need and they always have it in stock.

Not the biggest ACE Hardware I've ever been in, so selection of some items can be limited, or non-existent. Being a local resident with the next closest shopping option being 20 mins away, it can be frustrating when they repeatedly don't carry what you're looking for, or are closed altogether, which brings up my last point. Hours of operation. I don't have enough time to make it to this store before they close during the week, once I'm off work, which leaves only Saturday and Sunday for me to visit. Sunday they close or 3 or 330pm. The staff however are all absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Longer hours of operation would change my rating to 4 stars by itself. A bigger store with more items would make it a 5 star rating.

We were on our way from Portland, OR to NJ and passing by this small town looking for propane to refill the RV. This place has what we need and the staffs were extremely friendly. We got the LP refilled in no time. Continue our trip to Mueller State Park. BTW - those golden aspen trees are so beautiful.

This is the best Ace anywhere and we have been to Ace in many locations. So Chill with great prices. Employees are the best. They only charge you for propane used. No flat fee. Wood bundles are huge and less than $6. Our favorite Ace of all time.

So glad we have an Ace Hardware here in Florissant. And every time we go in there the folks are always so nice and helpful. This place definitely makes our lives easier living out here. Thank you all for helping to make things easier just by being in our town.

Nice people. But if you're not prepared to pay a little more because of location and the fact there's no other hardware store nearby, don't get upset at that price. Still convenient and usually have what you need in stock.

This Ace Hardware store is layed out very nicely with just enough merchandise to almost always have what you need. It has ample parking, propane, handicap parking and the people that work here are always friendly & knowledgeable.

Big store, helpfull staff, but I had go drive to Woodland Park Hardware to get a water pipe fitting I needed for my carpet cleaning machine that Ace didn't have. It's still a pretty impressive store for such a little town though.

There's not much that they don't have and it saves a trip to Woodland Park or beyond. Prices aren't bad either, especially given the convenience factor. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their house brand is just as good as name brands too.

For being way out where it is, this store is pretty well stocked and has a variety of supplies. Got me through a hectic water heater and water pressure tank repair! Staff is great, always friendly and eager to help.

Always great people. It may be expected from and ACE but the hometown feeling you get from the hard working folks behind the counter is extra nice. Love ACE over a big box hardware place anyway, but this one gives you personal service by local folks that care about their neighbors.

Ace is always a great place but the employees are what make it. Haven't found a question in there yet that someone can't help with. Most everyone in there is pretty knowledgeable and if they aren't they ask their co-workers for help which in my eyes is amazing because your teaching your employees more by allowing them to learn from each other.

Not sure where all the friendly staff are everyone talks about. Don't even think about asking for propane. Go down the road to Lake George to Hitching Post for propane refills without a bad attitude. Convenient, but very over priced. Been here a few times but prefer to just drive on to Woodland Park for supplies.

Love location, and local personnel. Lumber yard well stocked, and just enough in the store to insure a project can be completed. Prices are good, considering saving a few hours drive to canon or woodland. And staff is ALWAYS helpful and considerate. Hutchinson lumber: was sad to see go, but I am glad Ace has used the existing structures, and I will loyally be bringing my business to their door.

Had to do some maintenance around the house. You will be surprised on what this place has on hand. Especially exterior paint for your home. Also large selection of Milwaukee tools.

I went in to get some plumbing couplings. I searched for quite awhile with no luck. I finally decided to go up front and ask for help. One employee was mixing paint, another one looked like he was maybe adding up receipts, and a third was checking out a customer but then proceeded to carry on a long conversation with him.It would have helped if one of them had at least acknowledged me. I finally left and drove to a nearby town where I was promptly helped. I like to try to support local businesses but if they don't want my business I will go elsewhere.

Love our local Ace Hardware store with one in Florissant and one in Cripple Creek, with same owner. Both stores are friendly and helpful all the time. If you can't find it they will look it up and have it delivered to them within 3-7 days. Thanks Ace for being there for us 👍😎
