I am a property manager of a mixed-use luxury property, and overall, my experience has been positive. One of the standout aspects of their service is their quick response to any issues that arose during the restoration process:We did experience a few hiccups, across a few of our projects; Such as leaving equipment behind, missed communication/touchpoints, not hooking up equipment back correctly, etc. These are minor items that can be prevented, of which seemed to be overlooked by a PM. Nonetheless, these items were communicated by my team, and BluSky was quick to respond. If we had any escalated concerns, they would make a site visit to make it right.The mitigation side of projects were executed flawlessly.Tyler and Scott, thank you for all you do!- Patina Flats Team

One star is too many stars, honestly, zero stars even feels generous. Working with BluSky has been one of the worst experiences of my life, and I have never met contractors who demonstrate less competence, professionalism, and integrity.We had our home flood due to a burst pipe in January 2022, leading to the need for a full restoration of our bathroom and kitchen. We were told the restoration would be completed in 3 months, during which time we couldn’t live in the house. In June, (5 months) we had to move back into the house, which was still largely unfinished, forcing us to live in our “home” like glorified campers while they continued to lag on the job. During the initial 5 months, we were met constantly with missed deadlines, rude service, and the BluSky team trying to talk us out of stylistic choices because “that slab of countertop would be inconvenient for us.” As if we hadn’t been INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENCED by their work. Finally, after two project manager changes, which inevitably contributed to the pieced together job, we were sitting in our completed home in OCTOBER. NINE MONTHS. To share some context, our home is 867 square feet in total… so there’s no way the small amount of space in the kitchen & bathroom should have ever taken this much time.Finally, we had a home, and we were ready to put BluSky behind us as a bitter memory. But low and behold, the flooring installed began to bubble up and separate from the subfloor after two weeks. When we called BigSky to have them come in to evaluate the work, they told us there was indeed water damage and proceeded to ghost us. When we followed up, they claimed the water damage was not their fault and that we would need to make an insurance claim and go through this entire process AGAIN. On our own dime. For a job they absolutely butchered to begin with. BluSky, you should be disgusted by your “craftsmanship”, your customer service, and your conduct. This is not how you treat people. Beyond shame on you, I hope anyone who reads this stays very far away from your company. Absolutely disgraceful.EDITED TO REPLY TO THEIR COMMENT: The house is NOT 100 years old... And you're telling me that what amounts to about 400 sq ft would take 9 months to restore regardless of the year the house is built? Please. The delays were NOT adequately communicated to us. Shady business top to bottom.

BluSky did an amazing job with the water mitigation after a freeze break in an overhead pipe. The process was painless and the work was done well. Removing wet drywall, insulation, and other building materials is never an easy job but BluSky did not disappoint. The area after demo was clean and well kept making it easy for our building contractor to do his part and put it all back together.

As the Senior Executive Director for a senior living community, my focus during a renovation is to have great communication from start to finish, excellent work, and contractors who are professional and courteous to my many curious residents. Well, BluSky delivered from start to finish. More than a few times I saw their Project Manager Bill, stopping to answer the many questions our residents had with a smile and he always took time for them. I had a great experience with BluSky. They replaced my roof after a hail storm in July of 2019. After I received my initial paperwork from my insurance company, they handled everything form there. The roofers did a great job and took extra care to keep debris and stray nails to a minimum. At the end of each day they went over the area with a magnet to ensure all nails were picked up. I would definitely have them do future projects for me if needed.

As a property manager here in Fort Collins, I love having BluSky as a partner. We have had a number of incidents over the years that required a little more "heavy lifting" so to speak and the BluSky team is responsive, competitively priced and does great work. We have never had problems with repairs not "holding up." Alex and his team are great which is why we always call them when we are in need!

BluSky helped our HOA through the preconstruction phase. Ben and his team were extremely helpful in terms of tailoring the project to our budget and needs. They offered an excellent proposal with a strong eye for detail and had our best interest in mind. We did not end up moving forward with BluSky because we changed the contracting strategy but we will use them again with the next project. BluSky did a great job for us repairing our roof after the last Spring hailstorm. They worked with our insurance company, arrived as scheduled, completed the work in a timely manner and very important to me, left the worksite clean with zero trash. Highly recommend them.

Honest and professional! BluSky came out to check our roof after a bad hail storm (2019). They got up on our roof to take a look and took pictures, then they told me that our roof was holding up really well and that it didn't need any repairs at all. I really appreciate their honesty! They were professional and came right at the time of the appointment. I will definitely be calling BluSky Restoration in the future.

I had a water leak that affected three rooms in my house and Blue Sky was great from start to finish. They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly got the job done! I highly recommend them if you have any damage in your home that requires immediate attention and/or will require an insurance claim. BluSky replaced 2 sets of stairs for our condo complex. This may not be their area of expertise but when you accept a job, it should be done correctly. They tore down, then built the stairs incorrectly without getting approval from the city (there was an issue with the permit). Then rebuilt the stairs a SECOND TIME again without approval from the city!!! Our HOA president and another board member tried to work with BluSky to get the stairs built correctly with a permit, but BluSky just wanted to wash their hands of the whole project. We still didn’t have stairs that met city standards! They were very rude to the HOA and after months of dealing with this, they finally agreed to pay for a portion of the job, but we still were out quite a bit of money and had to find a new contractor to complete the project. The fact that they were rude and condescending when it was their error, really prompted me to write this review. I will never use this company.

BluSky is as honest as they come. I asked them for a quote to replace a commercial roof, and they went above and beyond to inspect the roof and based on their inspection provided a roofing scope of work that saved us a lot of money. They do their due diligence from the get go, and don’t try to make a quick buck. I would highly recommend them for your restoration and roofing needs.Service: Roofing

Absolutely the worst communication I have received in a long time. They left equipment at my house. Left my fridge unplugged after moving it letting food go bad and grow mold. Would not show up when they said they would. Called several different people at the company and it was all the same.

This company was on call the night our house was struck by a mini van. We agreed to use them as the contractor to do all repairs. The original estimate was for a two month window to completion. Seven months later we were finally able to move back in. The work was sub-par and we have had numerous issues with quality. Over one month ago we had yet another walk through, this time to point out flawed workmanship. We were assured we would hear back shortly. We still have have not been informed of when repairs to the "repairs" will be completed. Choose someone else.
