We got a standing seam roof from Bone Dry on our sweet little 1800’s brick house to protect it for hopefully the next 100 years. They made a lot of promises when selling the roof that didn’t translate to the actual job, and gave all assurances it would be done in between 2-5 days and completed with precision, care, and protection for my garden. The project was set for 8 weeks out. The in-house staff that deals with the contract and pre-project updates was amazing to work with and updated me weekly to let me know when there were any schedule adjustments, and both project managers that we worked with were very genuinely kind and became wonderfully dedicated after we had a come-to-Jesus about a severe lack of communication on why the project kept stopping and had already taken two weeks. Randy and Toby did their best in the bad situation, and Randy is a rockstar who went above and beyond to try to make it up to us. Whatever he’s being paid, it’s not enough.However, the project ended up taking over 6 WEEKS due to subcontractors not showing up for several days, parts repeatedly missing (and then taking a week each time to be delivered: I was without any roofing beyond ice guard for two solid weeks during winter, and my pets and husband had to find another place to live for MUCH longer than anticipated due to noise and he works from home, which cost us a lot of money), poor communication when work would stop for days on end (did they just not show up? Are we being put on the back burner for other projects?), insulation was not replaced/added in all the places agreed upon (and paid for), moldy plywood was used in at least one place we have noticed, and the final install quality is overall a bit disappointing. There are gaps between the roofing and the brick, missing caulking that when I called it out was not taken care of, the vent pipes were reinstalled crooked, jagged terribly cut ends of panel ribs are left unsealed where wasps are definitely going to occupy now, the sub-contractors left huge piles of dangerous garbage behind (approx 9’x7’x3’ pile and another 10’x4’x2’ pile) for over a week before our project manager came to clean it up for them, and I later found they had also been putting 6 weeks worth of their lunch trash into one of my large gardening totes in the garden. I only found it when a raccoon decided to litter my yard with hundreds of food scraps, wrappers and containers after upending the bucket. I have a beautiful, large food-producing garden and they did not protect it from debris as promised and I am still constantly picking up screws, metal scraps, tar paper, and tufts of blow-in insulation out of my vegetable beds.If you do decide to go with Bone Dry for standing seam metal roofing I would ONLY recommend doing so if you have it built in to the contract that their in-house team do 100% of the work so there is less chaos and excuses with scheduling and lack of personal responsibility from the crew on site.Overall we do have a so-far sound roof that looks good from a distance, but we had nearly two months of incredible stress, mess, noise, added expenses, and a saddening lack of care for our property. It was not at all a good experience for us. I’ll add more photos as I dig them back out.

Working with Bone Dry Roofing was best decision I made to deal with a leak in my roof. They took their time to correctly determine where the leak was coming from and the best way to fix it! And, they did! Everyone I worked with from their staff was awesome! I will definitely use them again!!

Scott and Ulises and Mathew and their crews (As well as Tia and Josh in the office!) did an excellent job replacing the roof and gutters on our rental house. The entire experience was painless as they worked closely with our insurance agent and the adjuster as well as the City of Fort Collins inspector to get it done. Great communication throughout the process, including periodic status updates which were very much appreciated. Ulises also sent photos that documented their progress during the work which was great! These folks take pride in all aspects of what they do. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

Initially called this company for a quote because I saw their truck in Denver and the driver used their blinker. Compared to 2 other roofing companies their quote was in the middle and was later adjusted for less materials being used than expected. After signing the contract they were ready to start the next week on a garage roof and home roof repair (weather permitting). The team was respectful of our home & our neighbor’s. Throughout the entire process the communication was great. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Bone Dry Roofing. Although it took a few months to complete my non-emergency roof repairs due to weather conditions, the company was very attentive and checked in with me weekly. They scheduled a crew as soon as possible and completed the primary repair in a single day. The crew returned the following day to replace some missing shingles and seal all openings around pipes, etc. The entire area was left clean and in excellent condition. Additionally, everyone at the company was kind and considerate. Although roof repairs are not my favorite thing, this was the best possible experience.

Bone Dry is a great company! Nick came out one morning and looked at my roof and told me the exact problem, he didn’t try to upsell me on any materials. He was very honest. He came out and walked around with the insurance company to make sure they were doing the right thing. Ulises handled the new gutters, new roof and both of my attics. He was very prompt and respectful! Tia is so nice, she worked with me on the payments every step of the way. I felt like if I had a question or concern I could reach her with no problems! Bone Dry Roofing did a great job on replacing our roof on our mobile home. They were one of a few companies that did mobile home roofing.Prices reasonable. The company staff was courteous and the company kept me abreast weekly from ordering supplies to completion. The foreman on site Devon, was prompt for the job and looked over any issues I brought up during the install and provided pictures to eaae my concerns that were just part of the tear down. Job was completed in half a day and company inspector came same day to review workmanship.I would recommend them on any type of roofing and or repair you're looking to have completed. I contacted Bone Dry Roofing for some water that was coming through a bathroom fan. They were quick to come out but it turned into a calamity. The individual didn't appear to know how to properly use a ladder and put it in a precarious position to get into the attic crawl space through a ceiling hatch. In doing so he couldn't lift himself up and started using the molding around the hatch for leverage but of course that isn't weight bearing. He snapped off the molding and almost fell until his feet found the ladder. He apologized and stated he would be back the following Tuesday to fix what he broke. Tuesday came and went and no response until I contacted them via email. He was busy with "other projects", which I assume means trying to sell other people new roofs rather than fixing the property he damaged. I told him to contact me first thing in the morning to schedule the repair to which he was passing the buck off to someone else. Still haven't heard from him and my guess is they are waiting to see if I accept the roof quote before fixing what they broke. My next step is to file a case with the BBB to see if they can help resolve the issue since I am getting nowhere with the individual nor the owner of Bone Dry who was copied on the email. There were other issues as well, but bottom line is if you want someone to respect your house as if it was their own, this is not the company for you.

I called to ask if they might have a few shingles left over that I might have to restore a dog house.She immediately said yes. Bone Dry Roofing is the best!  Our project had unique and delicate needs with multiple old buildings housing rescued dogs.  Without gutters, drainage from roofs would freeze within the dog runs, which was a major maintenance and safety concern for dogs and volunteers.  Bone Dry Roofing took special care  to accommodate our complexities and finished the entire job in one day with minimal disruption to operations.  Our project lead, Scott Roush, stayed in close contact throughout the planning and installation, resulting in a terrific experience for dogs and people alike.  Shout out to Matthew and Fernando too for all their work to get the job done.  Thank you!
