After we washed all the bugs off our RV's windshield, we noticed that we had a small chip. I went down google's list of mobile windshield repair services and many of them didn't have any time for us or they didn't work on an "RV windshield"? Fortunately, I found Experience Auto Glass LLC and they were able to fix the chip before we left for our next stop. Additionally, their price was very reasonable and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and we highly recommend them. In fact, I forgot to get their business card so that I can post it on the park's bulletin board.

It's been over 5 weeks since we initially scheduled an appointment to get our windshield replaced. We were told that the windshield needed to be special ordered and would require half of the money for the job upfront. No big deal.The day of our appointment came, we were given a 9am-noon window, and he never showed up. He didn't even call, I had to call him. I was told the windshield hadn't been delivered and that it would be there that night so he could do the install the following morning. Again, no problem, but I would have preferred some communication. Saturday morning I wait for him to show up (or call) with no luck. I had to call him again and again informed that the windshield has yet to be delivered. We can either keep waiting for it, or he can give us a refund. We elect for the refund.After a week, we still hadn't received the refund. I called and he said he needed another week to get everything sorted and then we would receive it. Needless to say, we still haven't seen or heard anything since.

Richard came in below all of the other prices I was quoted from other auto glass supplier/installers and got it done the same day as I called. He was on time, courteous, and did a great job on replacing the windshield in my Tacoma. I would definitely recommend you give him a call if you need glass work. Wow, I am so pleased and impressed with how quickly I scheduled and received service for my car. I only reached out yesterday to several auto glass businesses and Experience Auto Glass was so quick to respond and gave me an unbeatable quote. I've been holding off writing this review in hopes that the defective windshield we had installed would be taken care of. After waiting several months, that's apparently not going to happen, so here are the details.First off, I like to work with small local businesses when I can. So, I did a Google search and saw the reviews. I requested a quote through the website. Richard responded quickly. He gave us the best price out of the 3 other shops I contacted. A week later, when the weather shaped up, he came to the house on the weekend. He installed a new windshield on our Subaru Forester. He was friendly, talkative and the whole process took about an hour. We paid him and asked him to replace the windshield in our nephew's Subaru Forester also. He said he'd take care of it. Great service initially.Upon driving the car, we noticed a ripple in the new windshield that impacted the driver's vision. When he returned to replace our nephew's windshield a week or so later, we showed him the issue. He installed our nephew's windshield, examined our windshield and promised he'd take care of it. That was back in March. He stopped responding to my text messages and phone calls. I emailed through his web form. We received no response.So, my wife called and he answered. She said he was apologetic and polite and that he promised to take care of us. And then he stopped responding to her calls.It's now September. We're still waiting and driving around with a car that has a "new" windshield that's defective that we were told would be taken care of. Turns out, our nephew's windshield has a ripple too, but it's not in his line of sight like the one on our car which is particularly distracting at night.I also need a new windshield on my truck that has cracked. I'll be looking elsewhere since we can't trust the quality of the workmanship and the quality of the windshields he installs.It's too bad because I really like to support small businesses in Fort Collins.(Follow up to owner's response below: We've been very patient about this entire issue. We were never given a reason as to why our situation wasn't being handled. We were simply ignored. You and I talked the two times at my house. I'm a reasonable person and obviously patient. Took my $250 security deposit. No response for 2 weeks. Haven’t gotten my money back. Incredibly shady. I was told he’d have my glass in 24 hours. After numerous texts and voicemails I received no response. Do not give this guy a deposit. You’ve been warned.

Experience Auto Glass saved our trip. We were traveling in an RV motorhome and on Day 3 of a 20 day trip, our automatic window on the driver’s side shattered. This was the Friday before 4th of July weekend. None of the brick and mortar window replacement shops could get us in until a week later. We contacted Richard late on the night of Thursday, June 30th. He replied and by 8AM the next morning, Richard had place an order for our window and sent a coworker down to Denver to pick it up. By the afternoon, less than 24 hours after shattering my window before a holiday weekend, Experience Auto Glass (Richard) had a new window installed. Long story short, Richard saved our trip! We are very appreciative of his responsiveness, service, and quality installation. None of the brick and mortar shops could respond in the way Richard did. I carelessly broke the rear window out of my SUV. Late on a Friday afternoon. Three days before planning to leave on a long trip. Kinda hard without a rear window. Saturday morning I started searching for a fix. The big name company said they could do it in 11 days! They were extra busy because of the recent big snow storm and it might be hard to get a new window because my SUV was 25 years old. Then, I actually got someone to call me back on a Saturday morning and they could do it in four days. Well, that was a lot better, but it was still going to mess up my trip . Then, low and behold, Experience Auto Glass called me back after I had left a message. He was on his way to Denver, and could pick up a new window and install it that day! It sounded too good to be true, but by 5:00 on a Saturday afternoon I had a new window!! My trip was salvaged, and everything worked out great - I felt like I had just experienced a miracle!! Ridiculously most unprofessional service ever! My daughter thought she was using a different company and didn't know differently until Richard showed up. Was supposed to be done Monday, he cancelled. Tuesday shows up with the wrong window and blames someone else. Has his small child in the car and swearing. Wednesday comes 1.5 hours late, broke a clip off and now can't do the repair today either. Tries telling us all the problems that happened this week for him. Not sure he can fix the window tomorrow either. Sorry dude! I called him on a referral from a friend. Called on February 9 to schedule a February 18 install of 2 Windshields. Text him the year , make and model of both vehicles plus the address and phone number.February 18th, no show, no call. February 19th, the same. February 20th, called business, he apologized, said he didn’t have my number, tried calling, hectic week, yada, yada, yada. Sounds like excuses to me. Said he would come on Monday, February 22 in the morning between 9am and noon. Noon came and went and he was a no show and no call. I called business late afternoon, said he was having a very hectic day and asked if “tomorrow”(Feb 23) be ok. Fine, I agreed to a morning install, 9am-noon.. The morning came and went. He was a no show,no call, no communication from business. Once again I had to call the business to find out when he was going to be here. I finally got my windshield installed on Tuesday, February 23 in the afternoon. However he broke my rearview mirror. He said he would bring a new one “tomorrow” which would have been Wed, Feb 24. But no, he did not show up or call. I waited to see if he would call me: NO, he did not. Once again I had to contact him. I got more excuses. I finally got the my broken rear view mirror replaced on Tuesday, Mar 2nd. My experience was highly unprofessional with many excuses. I would NOT RECOMMEND.
