We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our project which was an addition to our existing house and fairly extensive remodeling and updating of the existing space. We were kept informed about timelines and what to expect. We were able to make changes and adjustments very smoothly. High Craft provided expert advice all along the way, keeping in mind our vision for the outcome as well as budget and other practical considerations. The whole High Craft team, was caring and professional, including Christian who patiently led us through the initial feasibility and planning stages, Mike, the architect and Danette, interior designer, who both provided ideas and expertise that made the final result even better than we had initially imagined it. We have had the pleasure of working with HighCraft on a few projects ranging from a whole house remodel to a smaller bathroom/mudroom reno. Each experience has always surpassed the last.Last week they did it again. We had an unexpected sink issue, and even though we were past our five year warranty - Matt showed up. We purchased 35 acres in northern CO 3 years ago and last year we decided to break ground. We interviewed a number of builders and quickly realized that High Craft would be our builder. I can't over emphasize enough how impressed we are with this company. EVERYONE from executive leadership, architect, the design team, project management and even their AP department ALL have a 100% focus on "just do the right thing" attitude. You won't find a better partner for your project than HighCraft Builders -- their service and care for their clients is just superb. We were almost embarrassed to call them at first because our renovation project seemed so small and unexciting, but from beginning to end, they made us feel comfortable and as if our home was as important to them as it is to us. When I tell people we chose HighCraft, I've often gotten this response: "Oh yeah, they're the best...but pricey." I want to announce to the world that working with HighCraft wound up saving us A LOT of money. I had priced out what it would take to do our project piece by piece, with cheaper vendors and lower-quality materials, and I couldn't get anywhere close to the price HighCraft was able to deliver. And the quality of their work and service is worth every penny. It's just exceptional. Every trades person who came through our home was an expert, and just remarkably respectful and nice. Our project manager, Matt, was the best -- nothing escaped his attention, and he brought the project in well ahead of schedule and for less than we originally budgeted. Our project coordinator, Christian, was also there at every stage and any time we had questions. Honestly, renovations can be really tough when you're living in a work zone, but HighCraft makes it as pleasant as humanly possible, and they treat you like you matter at every step. High craft builders were recommended to me by a family member. Contacted them for a first floor remodel of our house. A gentleman came to our house and we discussed everything we wanted done. He advised me of a price estimate and I asked him what needed to be done next in the process. He let me know he would be in touch with me to move on to the next steps. I never heard anything from the company except for spam advertisement emails. This would have been a $250,000 job that they didn’t follow up on. Apparently they didn’t need the business. It’s been almost a year and still haven’t heard anything. Found a better, more responsive company in Greeley. Possibly a bullet dodged. Seems like since I came to the door in sweat pants when the contractor came to the house we weren’t considered serious customers. For whatever reason we were treated like we wouldn’t be able to afford the project. Unfortunate for them.

We have used HighCraft Builders for five projects and have been extremely pleased with the results on each. They took our vision and made it reality. Doing projects 4 and 5 concurrently saved about 20%. Even though the upstairs, where our bedroom is located, was gutted to the outside walls, we were able to stay in our house by sleeping in the living room during the work. Privacy was never a problem. Since 2009 HighCraft has done a two-car garage with attic storage, two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, created a master closet and a mudroom from existing space, installed new hardwood and refinished wood floors, improved the electrical and plumbing, and given us better use of space and better flow. Our house was built in 1910 and it was not an upscale structure to begin with. There were many old-house surprises to work around. HighCraft uses subcontractors who are skilled, reliable and friendly. The HighCraft staff members are consummate professionals with the highest standards. From the first meeting to get a ballpark idea of cost to the final walk-through, our satisfaction was their primary goal. Great job!

We hired HighCraft Builders to build a garage/shop for us. They took our ideas and managed to create not only what we wanted, but improved on our initial vision. As with all projects, there were unforeseen issues that cropped up (the sewer pipe from the house needed to be replaced before we could put the new building up!) We were able to make adjustments, changed how the electric was brought to building and managed to keep the costs inside the originally quoted bounds. We've never worked with such amazing people before. From our original meeting to the finishing touches, HighCraft was with us every step of the way and we couldn't be happier.

I underestimated how much work and planning went into the job before it even started, but watching the perfectly orchestrated construction has been amazing. Everything has been flawless. Absolutely beautiful! Highcraft remodeled very dark and out of date kitchen into one that encompasses lots of light and beauty. From the very first day when we said “we just want more light” and Zach said “Take out that wall of cabinets separating the living room and kitchen! “ We had never thought of this! It worked! Kitchen and living room are both lighter, brighter and very spacious!Every tradesman that Greig, the manager hired was skilled, pleasant, considerate and an expert in their field. Watching the electrician, plumber, dry wallers, floor installers and painters work, we never had one moment of doubt that High Craft only works with the top of their different fields. The tradesman worked seamlessly with each other and compliment each other’s work.How much fun it is to cook in such a beautiful space!
