NoCo Roofing was recommended to me by Sasha Gates Home Inspector and Jason arrived and did a thorough inspection of done issues and also caulked an area plus didn't charge. Unfortunately the HOA for our property decided that they can't have me hire my own roofing folks and I have to go with their contracted person who is so SUPER SLOW at getting back with me or getting anything done. Thanks NoCo!

Steve and his team did a great job re-roofing my house. Steve's six-man team came out during a warm Saturday in February to do the job in one day. They started before 8 AM and finished by 5 PM. They color-matched all vent pipes and the metal chimney. They finished by thoroughly cleaning the yard of debris, including a magnet to pick up stray nails. Finally, Steve was responsive in accommodating novel requests related to my water heater and radon vents after I signed the initial quote. We had NoCo Roofing replace our roof following a series of damaging hailstorms. As expected, our insurance company mis-stepped on a couple of things and required additional information before we could proceed. Steve and Henrietta ran that gauntlet entirely on our behalf, and secured the additional money we had coming. The installation crew that did the work was prompt, efficient, and very attentive to how they left our yard when the job was done. All told, they were in and out in a single day, with only a new roof to indicate they were ever there. Great experience for us.

I can't review their actual work because they refused the job after giving a quote. We were looking to install some sun tunnels and the agent came out to our house twice to see what would need to be done. We decided to go ahead with them to do the work but had to get HOA approval first. When I asked NOCO Roofing about which specific covers on the roof would be used (needed for HOA approval), they told me that they couldn't know which cover would be used and withdrew the quote and suggested I use Heinsight for the tunnels. I will not consider NOCO Roofing for any future work if they will go through providing a quote without knowing which products are being used.

NOCO Roofing staff did an excellent job helping me process my insurance documents, providing accurate quotes, and completing my new roof. They were even able to install Energy Star shingles. We had a new patio roof installed while we were on vacation and came back to quite a surprise. Not only were there roof debris and screws everywhere, but they destroyed our screen door.
