My point of contact was Justin, who from day one displayed great professionalism and knowledge about company's products and services. Justin thoroughly inspected the roof; he went above and beyond to ensure I had a clear understanding of the entire process, patiently answering all my questions with confidence and clarity. The field rep displayed honesty and integrity throughout our entire engagement. Our experience with Premier Roofing of Fort Collins was excellent! Cory Buys from the company did an outstanding job of making sure everything went as promised. He kept us informed of the timing of each step of our project. The crew showed up as scheduled and efficiently completed our roof. They had it done in a day and then came back the next day to touch up anything they missed and ensure everything was picked up. Cory also came and picked up any materials that had fallen into our neighbor's yard. We have been very happy with the way Cory has handled our project. In regard to job number: 2042703A Premier representative (Nick) stopped by our house and explained that a recent hail storm did a lot of damage to many of the roofs in our neighborhood. He asked if he could inspect the roof and we allowed it. He showed us pictures of the damage. He then assisted us with contacting our insurance company and filing a claim..When the insurance company representative came to inspect the roof, Nick and David from Premier were also there to work with the insurance rep. When all was said and done, the appraisal was submitted and Premier worked up their estimate.Before any work began on our roof we received a video to watch about what to expect and how to prepare for the day they would replace the roof. It was excellent and informative, and we were ready for that day.The crew was fantastic! They began at 6:30 in the morning and were completely finished by 12:30 PM. They were fast, efficient and they left virtually no trace that they had been there, We couldn't have been more pleased.This was without a doubt the best contractor experience we have had in 42 years of being homeowners.Nick and Dave were there at every step. And were very helpful, professional and real gentleman!Highly recommended!

Recent update - I needed a letter stating my roof's information to get a discount with a new insurance company. I called up and talked to Taylor and she immediately wrote the letter and sent it to me within 15 mins, which I needed quickly for insurance to go into effect. Nothing but great things to say regarding them.Original post - Austin was awesome from day one. Very professional and helpful with my questions. Someone I've felt comfortable recommending to my friends and neighbors. His manager Cal came to meet my insurance rep to make sure everything was covered that should be. He was great as well. The crew did a great job, leaving it very clean afterward. The roof looks great. Very satisfied.

My field representative was Allen Paty and from our first contact at my front door he communicated clearly regarding all the details. He was quick to respond by phone and e-mail when I needed him. I rarely ever leave reviews but for all your readers out there. I highly encourage that you go somewhere else for your roofing needs. We got our roof installed in March and that processed seemed simple and easy. However, there has been so much lack of communication from our sales rep part after everything was installed and it came to the invoice and billing. No mater how many emails, texts or voicemails I leave I barley get called back. I would love if someone gave me a call back prompty. I have just given up hope at this point . Just goes to show you that customer service is not their priority. We were made promises from a previous sales rep that left the company and were told by the new sales rep that they would be taken care of. These promises have not been kept and we have felt lied too as well. This has been an awful experience. I will never use this company nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know.

Premier showed up as a newer roofing company in my small NE panhandle town. Not known and in one summer, they rocked it. Am so happy with the results. Premier worked with my insurer to let them understand the actual cost involved vs a quick ‘hey take this initial payout’ and call it done. This is a really strategic part of Premier that is also so cool. They do not tick off your insurer but know how to work professionally with them to negotiate. My rates will go down in 2023 with my insurer due to good product roof chosen. I was so happy; a previous Premier customer in another state. I did not know what was going to go on after literally a 10inch hailstorm in early June 2022 damaged a good section of my rural town. So thankful! Justin came and knocked on the door and said he would do an inspection of the roof. Two minutes later came back and said roof is damaged and needs to be replaced. Also said he would help me do the insurance paperwork and it will only take minutes.I said I will get second opinion and get back to him.I got the roof inspected twice from two different companies and they both said roof was in perfect condition.Justin you almost tricked me but not completely. Was given a terrible inspector from my insurance. They said they would get it reinspected not to worry. During the relook of the roof that premier roofing sent they concluded that the damage wasn’t caused by the hail. Do NOT do business with Premier Roofing unless you want misery! After countless lies from the shady Matt Springer (who uses predatory tactics on billing) and other sales liars I dealt with, I have now incurred major damage to my home from poor workmanship. I have been contacting the company for over two months and 20+ phone calls to get them to complete the repairs to the damage they caused. They did send someone out to fix the exterior leaks but now they claim they can not find any contractors to help them complete the repairs to the damaged interior. This company is as shady and borderline criminal as it gets. Initially, they added line items for work and materials they did not even do in hopes that the insurance company would just pay them. I would question many of these 5-star ratings because I seriously doubt some of these people even own a ladder or have ever inspected the quality of workmanship of a roof. I also question if many of these reviews are even paying customers. If only I had a chance to rewind, I would NOT have let them anywhere near my home. The damage shown in these pictures was caused from flashing issues above a skylight. I recommend three things when it comes to Premier Roofing....AVOID! AVOID! and AVOID! Job # FCO1604034

They handled everything with my insurance company and saved me a huge amount of money because they were familiar with Longmont building codes that the insurance company didn't include in their original settlement. The field rep was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew finished up in less than a day and the clean-up afterwards was excellent. My roof looks awesome and should last for fifty years now. Great job from a great company! We were first contacted by field rep Chase Moore who was extremely helpful through the entire process. Chase helped explain the entire process to us and even helped us call and file a claim with our insurance agency. Premier Roofing maintained contact with us through the roofs completion to make sure it was progressing smoothly. When it came time for the install of our new roof, the gentleman did a great job and in a timely manner. They were also very thorough cleaning up any leftover nails or other waste. Every step along the way, from the initial meeting with our field rep Brady, to the inspection and installation of our new roof, we felt very supported by Premier. I have to admit, I had put off pursuing getting our roof damage looked at because I was afraid the whole process would be overwhelming. This couldn't have been further from the truth! Brady helped walk us through the process of submitting our claim to insurance. Then Jasper came out to meet with our insurance adjuster, both were very friendly and informative. The materials were delivered promptly, and the new roof was scheduled for installation within a few days after that. The crew was amazing! They were very respectful of us and our property, and paused work every time we needed to enter or exit our home to keep us safe. The roofing project, Job # 2152429, went smoothly and FAST! The 4-man crew worked diligently to get the roof done in one day and started at 7 AM and finished at 8:30 PM. They added some support to a lean-to roof over my patio which naturally required a little more time than normal. I was grateful they took that extra time. Clean-up was perfect even as the sun started going down. I walked around the yard the following day and everything had been picked up.My Field Representative, Cody Barton-Hancock, was attentive and made the whole process go without a hitch! He was respectful and took the time to answer all my questions so I always felt like I was in the loop. I was especially pleased to learn he was a Marine and served our country and thanked him for his service.
