I can't recommend this company enough!James C. showed up at our home after a hail storm this Summer. We had many other companies stop by, but we just didn't trust them. However, James was polite and very professional from the get-go! He presented a solution to our hail damaged roof , and we ended up getting a brand new roof less the cost of our insurance deductible. Brett and the whole PRA team did a fantastic job replacing our roof following the May 2023 hail storm. They coordinated work on our solar panels, windows, and all the details for our new roof. From the moment Eddie knocked on the door, I was impressed with PRA. When I told a construction person that we were going with PRA, the response was simple: Good, because they're good. Kevin (sales manager) did a good job overseeing Eddlie and Brett (project manager). Brett was awesome. He didn't delay on communication. He checked in with us in-person. He even made sure the project was cleaned up correctly. Pro Roofing America is second to none! Austin was awesome to work with throughout the whole process from start to finish. He has no issues dealing with the all hiccups from my homeowners insurance, the MULTIPLE trips to my house just to get more information or to meet the insurance adjuster and roof experts. He stuck it out through the whole time.Austin takes it upon himself to make it a personal relationship not just a business one. From day one when he stopped by to inspect the roof he seemed like a friend that came by to hang out, not just another business guy giving a bid and down the road he went. Even the night before he called told me what to expect for the next morning, he even asked if I wanted any breakfast if he were to stop and get something for his crew. (They worked on a Sunday). Just the little things that set Pro Roofing America a few steps above the rest.Since the roof was complete about 2 months ago. We have had LOTs of rain. Very high winds and even some hail. No issues anywhere. Austin even called to check in and make sure everything is still solid and said he would come take a look if I thought I had any hail/wind damage….. 2 months later. At the end of my experience with him, I considered him to be more of a friend and an ally than a contractor. He really is legit, and possesses compassion for what the homeowner needs. Place your faith in Austin and his company. He will not disappoint you. Hands down, this is the best roof I’ve ever had installed. And this is time number 5 over 3 different houses. Austin even showed up at the end to do quality control at its completion. He found a grand total of 5 nails that his crew had missed, and picked them up with the magnet himself.
