Rams Roofing was always professional and honest in all aspects of my roof replacement. Chris was great to work with. He made excellent recommendations and was always available when needed. The roof replacement was done with a superior degree of workmanship. Several times Chris dropped by the job site to check the work when his crew was replacing the roofing.I feel Rams Roofing treated me honestly and fairly. I highly recommend Chris and his crew.

Rams Roofing was wonderful to work with. I had a hail claim on my house from the 2019 storm. Because of how my house is situated, only half of the house was damaged, making coordinating repairs a bit of a mess (I mean who wants to only replace half a roof like the insurance was suggesting?!). Rams Roofing took care of everything for me, from the roof (the entire roof) to gutters, to the painting to the screens. They communicated with my insurance taking all of that hassle and frustration off my shoulders. They are professional, reliable, friendly, and just overall the best. They made this process so easy for me and I am so grateful I found them! I would definitely recommend them for all your roofing or restoration needs!

Honest Company! I am super impressed with the level of service and honesty from the Ram’s Roofing team. I’m in the process of buying a house and the general inspector suggested I have a roofing company look at the roof. I called Ram’s (based on the recommendation of a friend) and they came out same day and addressed all of the concerns the general inspector had. They gave the roof a great report and waived the $99 inspection fee because they roof was fine. They should have charged me the inspection fee, but chose not to. I will call them first in 10 or so years when I need a new roof.

This company took time to come out and tell me the other roofing company did a good job with minor concerns to have fixed. They gave me peace of mind which is huge on such an expensive project! I called Rams Roofing & Restoration for a roof inspection prior to listing my home for sale. The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled someone to take a look right away. Chris came out to inspect the exterior after the recent hail storm. He was right in time, very thorough, and was honest about the condition of the roof. I ended up not having any damage that requires repair, but will certainly use Rams Roofing for any inspections or repairs in the future.

Made an insurance claim seem effortless.In today's environment, life seems to get so busy. Chris was great to work with. We were on a tight timeframe as we were selling our house. Chris came out same day to do the inspection, walked through the process thoroughly, and worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure everyone was in the same page.Chris helped us deal with some HOA silliness, and was really great about working with that, too. I would like to say that Rams roofing is a DIAMOND in the ruff. There are many many company's are out only for the money and not for the customer.Rams roofing is 150% about the customer. I hired them over the phone to fix my mothers roof they were so professional and knowledgeable on the phone. I got a appointment the next day the owner himself showed up looked at the damage on the roof and had it fixed with in a hour (Raccoon damage and a flashing vent leek.) Not only repair on the same day is unheard of these days That was not the most amazing part. When he and his helper finished he came to my my mother and showed her the pics of the repair and then Lets just say the bill was very very very low for all the work they did. We called Chris to look at our roof after a recent hail storm. Chris showed up the next day to inspect our roof. He told us our roof looked good, but we needed 3 boot jacks replaced. The following week, Chris showed up and replaced the boot jacks. Chris did not pressure us into getting a new roof and was honest and professional. If anyone is looking to have their roof inspected or to have their roof replaced, I would highly recommend you call RamsRestoration and talk to Chris.

Rams Roofing was a real pain to work with. It was very difficult to communicate since phones were often unanswered, multiple people had full or dysfunctional voicemail systems, and the project manager does not use email. There were times during the project where I reached out several times a day and it took nearly a week to get through. Because of this lack of communication, I sometimes didn’t even know that they were coming to work on a given day. The workers caused some minor property damage, tried to deny their involvement, and only partially fixed it. The roof did end up looking nice and so far I cannot fault the construction but due to the difficulty of the process I do not plan on working with Rams Roofing again.
