On May 9, 2023 my home in Erie, CO was damaged by a really intense hail storm. Roof damage was extensive - a complete loss. Being relatively new to the neighborhood, I had no idea which roofing company to turn to. Red Diamond Roofing was highly recommended to us by neighbors - based on quality and reputation. Within a short period of time I met Troy and Matt from Red Diamond and had many interactions with them over the course of the project. They were responsive to my many questions. They clearly communicated the process that I was about to go through. The project manager, Matt, was very personable. I appreciated his outreach, his communication and assurances. He let me know multiple times that he had my back and he was going to personally make sure the job was done right. I quickly developed a strong sense of trust in him and knew this was the right company to hire.The day before work was to begin, all the materials for the job were dropped off at our home and carefully placed on the roof.The day work began, the team arrived early and immediately started preparing the home. Tarps were placed around the perimeter of the home to guard against any damage that may be caused by falling roof debris. By noon time, the old roof was completely cleared off, and work on installing the new roof began. The team worked really well with each other and the work proceeded orderly and efficiently. The team lead, Jesus, was very friendly and personable.Work was completed by early evening. Any roof debris that fell in the yard was completely removed. I saw a clean yard with no damage to the home itself or shrubs. Most importantly, I saw a beautiful new roof.In closing, I personally want to thank the entire team at Red Diamond Roofing that was involved in this project. As the homeowner, I appreciate the quality of the work that was done along with the care given to protect my property. I honestly believe this crew (Tory, Matt, Jesus and the other hardworking members of the team) takes a lot of pride in what they do. It shows and is greatly appreciated. Red Diamond in general and Mathew Wright in particular did an outstanding job. You may think I mean in the installation process, and you would be correct. However, the installation process could not have begun had not Mathew persisted in advocating for Mary and I versus the insurer. For over a year, Mathew pursued the insurer, making sure that local codes were complied with and that any effort to do a piecemeal job did not happen. State Farm tried in every way to minimize the loss, to force us to accept a partial replacement. Mathew doggedly researched and challenged every such effort, and in the end State Farm capitulated and agreed to replace the entire roof as the could have and should have done from the very beginning. As homeowners we knew little and understood less about what we were entitled to in terms of coverage, and had it not been for Mathew, we likely been forced to accept a piecemeal coverage and a half a roof. Several contractors approached us initially, but it was Mathew's professional approach and in depth understanding of the process that convinced us to trust him and the company he represents. From beginning to end, the roof replacement was accomplished with patience, determination, and due diligence. I will and have recommended Red Diamond Roofing to others, and asked to have a sign placed in my yard to encourage those in need of roof replacement to look at the quality of the job, and/or to ask me to share my experience. In conclusion, roof replacement is expensive, and most homeowners considering it know little about the process and trust the insurer to act in their best interest. It our case, that would have resulted in accepting a half done job, the lowest quality material, and expediency over value had it not been for Mathew Wright. Ask for him by name if you find yourself in our previous situation, and I have no doubt you will be well served with patience, honesty, and follow through.Service: Roof installation

He was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful with choosing products. The whole process was easy and efficient. We even had a free impact resistant shingle upgrade. From the minute I contacted Red Diamond Roofing, to the completion of my roof, I have been impressed with the professionalism of everyone. This was particularly striking, given the road blocks my insurance company tried to put up!After several different inspections, drone and live people, my insurance company wanted to only do a “repair.” Travis and Tory from Red Diamond convinced me to continue to push for a full replacement. Their knowledge of the new Larimer County building code for roofs finally convinced my insurance company to approve a full, Class 4 roof replacement. That NEVER would have happened without Red Diamond’s knowledgeable staff.My build day was yesterday. Their professional, efficient crew completed the job in 1 day. Clean up was meticulous. Not a single nail was found today when Travis and Tory came to do the final check.In closing, I would also like to share that I had the opportunity to personally speak with Red Diamond’s owner. We are so happy with Red Diamond Roofing Fort Collins! And it new roof is beautiful. I love it!! They helped us with the insurance claim, spent lots of time explaining the process and helping us pick out the perfect shingles. The installation crew was very efficient and pleasant and they cleaned everything up very well. Jeff checked in with us during every step of the way to see if we had questions, to make sure we were satisfied and to explain the next step. They were careful to put back anything they had moved on the patio. If we ever need another roof, which I don't think we will, we'll call Red Diamond.

Red Diamond Roofing was very swift professional and overall a quality experience. When our roof was hit by a hail storm, Brian from Red Diamond Roofing was easy to work with and he helped explain the whole process. My husband and I were able to pick out every feature we wanted with our new roof and gutter system. And the install took 4 hours tops. The guys installing the roof were very considerate and they didn't leave a single piece of debris behind as they scoured our lawn with a magnet and used ground tarps as well. Brian was quick to respond on the phone and in person to any questions and concerns we had. Red Diamond Roofing was competitive in price as well. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had our roof replaced this past fall, and ended up using Red Diamond Roofing. Our consultant, Christian Olson was an absolute pleasure to work with... from the initial visit/consultation all the way through the process, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. After the latest hail storm, I checked with our insurance company and they sent out an adjuster. Michelle from Red Diamond met with them when they came out to inspect the roof. Michelle was able to point out several items to the adjuster which was a big help with our claim.When dealing with our options for the roof, everything was explained, they were patient and answered all questions. The work on the roof was done quickly and professionally. Clean up was also done well with no loose waste floating around , roof tiles or nails. They kept in contact and updated me with details.I would definitely recommend Red Diamond Roofing

My husband and I bought a fixer upper, and one thing we knew that we would need to take care of was the roof. The inspection indicated that it was in bad shape, but we had no idea it would start leaking and need immediate and full replacement. It wasn't something that we were prepared to deal with. We began looking for a roofing company, and Red Diamond was one of the first recommendations we got.When we met with them, they seemed skilled, competent, and professional and the quote we were given--while steep for a family not expecting to have to replace our roof so soon--was lower than the other two quotes that we got. Fort Collins Red Diamond Roofing is great! I went out for bid with multiple roofers after a major hail storm with a quite elderly roof. Other roofers had higher bids, didn't listen to what I wanted and added in things not needed.Christian with Red Diamond Roofing showed up in time, was very professional and not only suggested I put in an insurance claim, but came back out to meet with the adjuster and took the time to go over it with him. Christian also suggested to the adjuster that the planking probably needed to be replaced and that cost was figured into insurance as well which never would have been had Christian not been there. Because of the diligence on Christian's part the insurance covered the lion's share of the roof cost.Christian has also been great about paying attention to the things needed to re-roof this home, which is a historical landmark. There are extra steps and he has been great.We haven't had the roof replaced yet, but when it is I will review again. Really impressed with them so far!

Had the local Fort Collins office replace the roof after recent hail last month. They did the material delivery and replacement while we were out on vacation. This made me a little uneasy as I normally don’t like construction work done when I’m away.When I returned from vacation, I couldn’t tell if the roof had been replaced per walking around the property. This is a great thing because there were no nails, crushed plants, trash, etc. indicating they have been here. My house was exactly as I had left it except I had a brand new roof. I did find a random nail here and there hidden in the recesses on my property, but that was to be expected. Per past experiences with other roofing companies, I typically find a lot of nails and other miscellaneous stuff all over the place.Upon my walk on the roof, it looked perfect with absolutely no issues. Additionally I didn’t see any beat-up on the siding and trim along the edge of the roof lines.And finally, Red diamond is very proactive and working with your insurance to recover for you any depreciation and any issues regarding what insurance estimates. They are also very proactive with updating you on the schedule and other activities that are going on with your roof.In short, highly recommended!
