I wanted to sincerely thank the Solar Pathways team for the highest degree of professionalism and follow through that we have experienced during our home renovation. We reached out to several contractors to upgrade the service on our home and each time we’re given an answer that is was not possible given the location and sizing of the main wire.After reaching out to Blake, he took it upon himself to schedule a meeting with the city and have them come out and visually inspect our pedestal and main line. Blake’s follow through, integrity and transparency allowed us to work with the city and upgrade our service to 200 amps instead of the 150 we were hoping for. Himself and his crew treated the entire project as if it was their own personal home and went above and beyond to put in the extra effort to coordinate with the city until the project was complete. Very rare these days to have contractors with such high standards of communication, integrity and effort. We would not hesitate to use Solar Pathways again and again.

Solar Pathways removed and replaced our panels after a huge hailstorm. In partnership with our contractor we were kept informed on statuses, informed when someone would be onsite, and worked well with the local municipality after new codes were enforced half way through the process. Solar pathways energy & electrical were fantastic to work with! We had a large hail damage claim that turned into a nightmare when contracting different areas of expertise to fix our home. Our insurance and mortgage company made it a thousand times harder to get the work we needed done. Blake and Kelly were very up front, easy to work with, great communicators and most importantly they did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do.We didn’t have to guess as Kelly stayed in constant contact with us about the removal and re-install of our solar panels. They worked with our roofers and managed to remove and re-install with minimal downtime of our solar panels coming off to being put Back on.I cannot urge you enough to use them for all your solar needs. They guarantee their work and show up when they say they will.Thank you so much for being so amazing during a time that was beyond stressful for our family! You guys are simply the best!!

Quiet possibly the best customer service I’ve come across. I had some lighting and additional outlets installed into my garage workshop. As this is a craft area I wanted it bright and clean looking. There was a mix up between the bid and initial install but these guys caught it before I got home from work, gave me a call, apologized and promised to do it as we discussed and They went above and beyond to make it right. I always say, mistakes happen, it’s how you handle the situation when they do and I was not disappointed. My work shop looks great , has plenty of power and light now. I highly recommend solar pathways if your looking for a company that still employs honesty and integrity.

I reached out to Solar Pathways at 2pm desperate to find an electrician after our power suddenly went out. They were the only company I called that after explaining my situation didn’t tell me it’d be a week, but got someone out same day to assess the situation. The owner Blake and his electrician Justin were knowledgeable and professional, working with the city and my HOA until everything was sorted out. I didn’t have to worry about the back and forth while they advocated for our unique situation. With two small kids this was a nightmare for my husband and myself and finding someone who could help us that we could trust not to charge us an arm and a leg was invaluable.
