Our home’s roofing project was located in Payson. The project was very seamless starting a meeting with Steve to bid the project and then coordinating with AJ to coordinate the installation crew. The installers arrived early and stayed late to complete the job in half their time estimated time and before the next day’s rainstorm. AJ lined up the city inspector and he was pleased with the work he reviewed. My project needed solar panels removed and reinstalled. The Roofing Company included this item in their bid and kept the price very affordable. AJ has been my point of contact throughout the entire process and he’s been remarkable to work through the details of scheduling and communication. My roof is now new and beautiful! Service was top notch from the quote through the payment. Everyone was very attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. The crew that did the roof was very polite and friendly. Always a little weird looking out a window to see someone on a ladder but there were always smiles. A lot of chatter and laughing which tells me they like what they do. Chris and his workers were very punctual. We had a set back with the skylight. Chris jumped right on and ended up not being a set back at all. Skylight looks great. There were two pieces of property in the Sheridan MT area that were in need of roofing repair/replacement. The first piece was the American Legion Post in Sheridan. The Log Building (built by members in the early 1930s) had a thick cedar shake roof covering (original roof) with no insulation other that the 1x6 fir planks on the roof joists. Over time the heavy weather had degraded its condition and leaks were starting to appear. Zach Muns was called in March 2022 to look over the building and come up with estimates for several options for repair/replacement. Zach provided the Post with four different choices based on the material to be used. He provided both pros and cons for each option and did not try to pressure the Post on any particular option. The Post subsequently chose to have the new roof covering be the Ticor Stone Coated metal coverings (50-year warranty). The order was placed, material delivered, and then Rick Loftus and his work crew showed up to install. Their professionalism was superb. Unfortunately, a color substitution was discovered when the shingle pallet was opened. Rick drove back to Bozeman MT to pick up extra metal shingles in the correct color and then ordered the balance needed. The roof was finished and then the crew came back later to change out the wrong-colored tiles (no extra charge). Gutters were reinstalled and an excellent cleanup was accomplished. Mike Morgan American Legion Post 89 Adjutant.The second piece of property was my personal residence outbuildings in Laurin MT. After seeing the results of the Legion Post Roof replacement, I called Zach again in April 2022 to come to my residence and give me an estimate to replace the old T-lock asphalt shingles on the garage and cottage shed. Both of these buildings were built in the 1920s with tar paper over existing roof planks on the roof joists (gaps between boards). Numerous heavy hailstorms and weather had degraded the shingles to the point that leaks had started. Again, I was given several options for replacement after installing new decking with vapor barriers. Malarky shingles (30-year warranty) was chosen and again Rick Loftus showed up with his work crew and expeditiously removed the old covering and rebuilt my roof coverings (decking, vapor barriers and new shingles). A marked improvement in building insulation properties. Cleanup was meticulous. While conducting this job I asked Rick if the back of the old mercantile store's (built in the 1870s) metal rib roofing (installed in the 1980s) could be removed, decking installed, vapor barriers installed and then the old metal ribbing sheets reinstalled? He didn't see why not so Zack came back and gave me a reasonable estimate which included reinstalling the metal roofing to current codes. The old installation just had the metal sheets installed over tar paper on existing planks (gaps existed). This repair has cut my heating costs in the back of the building in half. Both Zack and Rick bent over backwards to meet my needs.I would recommend The Roofing Company to anyone without reservation. As a matter of fact, I plan to have them back in 2023 to redo my personal residence roof (last worked in 1986) and to redo the front of the old mercantile store roof as they did to the back portion of the building. I contracted The Roofing Center out of Ft. Collins to replace my existing roof and existing skylights. They were both close to 30 years old. Mark Porter from the roofing center gave me a very fair estimate (I got 3 estimates, all very similar, but decided to go with The Roofing Center because of the professionalism and attention to explanation from Mark on all aspects of the job) The crew showed up at the scheduled time, had my roof completely replaced in 1 day even with 6 skylights, and the crew of 8 did an amazing job with very good cleanup at end of project. When Ben came out to inspect my roof, I explained that the roof was recently replaced and all I needed was a small repair of a “single ridge cap” due to a tree branch hitting the edge of my roof.He inspected the roof and found a similar problem in another location.After checking with the office, he offered to fix both locations at no cost! Wow! Furthermore, the fix was completed just days later, as soon as weather permitted.Needless to say, I was delighted. Ben was very responsive to my needs. He did a great job of communicating with me, which I really appreciated.
