Kim and her team were the BEST to work with. I had a troublesome project and Kim went above and beyond to help me work through the issues with my engineer and soil testing companies. Rayden and Tommy were a pleasure to have on-site, clearly communicated with me throughout the project, and they left my jobsite completely cleaned up when the job was completed. They even took the time to take the little bit of leftover rock from my project and spread it over the muddy areas created by the concrete trucks and level it all back out. Absolutely a fantastic company. Erik and Kim we're so professional and helpful in building my new home. They did all the excavation, my foundation walls, and my slab. They kept in constant communication with me and my wife and provided me updates on their progress through each phase of the building process. I will also be using them to pour my driveway and patio. I was sitting in my home dreading having to go outside and remove the snow from my driveway and sidewalk. My doorbell rings and Rayden Whitin from Tri-state Concrete asked me if I would like to have him clear the snow from both areas. He quoted me a very fair price.After he was done I complimented him on his ingenuity and hustle for being out in 0 degree temperatures making an honest living .I will use Rayden again for snow removal and I will also be talking to them in the spring about my driveway needs.I was very impressed. Contacted Erik based on a recommendation, crew and company were great to work with and did a great job. Needed a sidewalk and apron poured. Had a couple of scheduling issues but they were handled and everything looks great. Really enjoyed interacting with the crew as they worked. HIghly recommend!

Where could I possibly start with Erik and Kim at Tri-State? I would never recommend or hire any other company for this type of work! I actually wouldn’t be surprised if this crew could put together a nice flower arrangement, nail a catering job or surpass expectations in any other arbitrary service! I had a complex job that would have been very easy for another company to install the wrong way. I had six different companies come out and Tri-State was the only one I felt even close to comfortable with for this type of job. Kim was very professional and true to every word! Erik is a master at his trade and takes pride in every aspect of his life! I love spending my money with people I connect to personally and to say this was a good purchase is an understatement! They completed this job three weeks ahead of schedule, under budget and installed perfect. The crew was great and several have been with the company for over a decade. We had been looking for a company to remove some concrete and re-pour some concrete runners. Had a very hard time finding something affordable. However, Tri-State came in and gave us a great price, was extremely friendly, and did a great job. They went out of their way to make sure our expectations were met and that we were happy. We have had lots of experience with contractors and it was extremely refreshing to find someone that was as concerned with our satisfaction as they were. On top of all of that, they left the job site very clean, which I really appreciate. After one experience, I would recommend them.

I'm really disappointed. This company forgot to call me back when they said they would to schedule an estimate. Okay, no biggie, life happens. I called again and we scheduled a time for them to come out. But then they sent a woman out to do the estimate and she never sent me anything. No email, no follow up call to see if we got the estimate. Crickets.I want to work with them but I don't have time to chase a company down. I guess they have enough business.

I hated to see them leave our area and move out to Colorado. Eric and his crew did a great job filling concrete cylinders to hold a shade sail to go over our deck. They communicated well about the process, what to expect, and didn't rush through their work. We also think they paid attention to details well and were courteous, easy to talk with. One can tell they have had a lot of experience doing all kinds of concrete jobs. We would definitely hire them again in the future!

Called weeks ago for an estimate. They said they would get back to me. Since then, I have called and left multiple voicemails in multiple inboxes (general, estimating, and Kim's from a previous rating response) and have gotten nothing back. Crickets. No one ever answers the phone. I would be fearful to work with this company just because if I ever needed to get in touch with anyone, apparently no one is there.

Erik and his crew did a fine job for me. As this was inside a building, it was trickier and required a large boom pump. The workmen labored hard to pour and smooth the over 1200 square feet. We had a center floor drain and the pitch work was spot on. Weather didn't cooperate, but the men got the job done, staying late at night.I'd surely use them again. Erik takes a highly personal interest in customer satisfaction, his wife Kim is very thorough in communication.

Tri-State did 2 jobs for me one was pumping concrete for the poured walls of my house. Very efficient and professional. They cleaned everything after they were finished and the price was reasonable. The 2nd job they did was my driveway. It was not an easy job as the garage was down the hill from the drive entryway. I can say that was 14 years ago and it still looks brand new. There are no cracks or chips I would recommend their service in a heart beat.

I had a positive experience with Tri-State. I am in a remote, rural area, in the mountains. I had an unusual pour to put a concrete floor in an existing garage with a dirt floor. They worked with to ensure the timing would work out, the concrete would not set before we had a chance to get it out. They even scheduled a driver who would help us scree and do the actual flatwork. They were accommodating to get all of this done and stay within my budget. They seem much more customer orientated and willing to work with the "little guy" than the big companies like Martin Marietta (whom I called first) - I would use them again.

I have had Tri State pour over 36,000SF of foundations on three buildings and not everything went smooth on the first one but they worked hard to make me happy. They came back on buildings 2 and 3 with new ideas and processes that greatly improved on the first experience.
