Cal was a pleasure to work with. He and his team at Trust took care of all aspects of our roof replacement, including haggling with insurance on our behalf. He is a very clear, concise, and direct businessman. Cal was recommended to me by a friend that also worked in the roofing industry, and I would strongly recommend him and his company to anyone needing a roof repaired or replaced. He told me things I didn’t know about how insurance claims for roofing works, and was able to get our insurance company to pay a lot more than they originally said they would pay. Trust Roofing replaced my entire roof and gutters due to hail damage. Cal was awesome to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Cal did all of the negotiating with my insurance company and was able to get the entire roof covered by insurance. The new roof and gutters look great!

We had a great experience with Callum, TRUST Roofing. When our original roofer disappeared we were struggling to get our claim taken care of & he came in & saved the day. His roofing crew, gutter guy & solar people were absolutely amazing & did a great job on our house. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing replacement or repair. This company was outstanding from start to finish. Every insurance claim can be frustrating and confusing, but Trust Roofing did a fantastic job at helping me understand the process. Additionally, they represented me in a way that ensured the insurance company was held accountable to include damages on various items outside of just my roof which helped me get the most out of the claim. The workmanship and professionalism were excellent, and I will continue to use Trust Roofing in the future.

We live a ways away just east of Cheyenne, WY but Calihan made it seem like we were his neighbor. He visited with us about the process, inspected the roof, handled the insurance claim, made his appointments on time, delivered awesome products and followed up after the service was completed. He gave us many options and always answered our questions whenever they arose. There are many roofing contractors out there, but none like Calihan. He also facilitated the repair of our garage doors, gutters, down-spouts and all the attic/roof vents. Hands down, the best, easiest, seamless, experience we’ve had. The owner of TRUST Roofing & Restoration, Cal, is not your average salesperson. In fact, he really isn't a salesperson at all. He is an honest man full of integrity and trust, just like his business name implies. Cal visited our home after Windsor was hit with a hail storm. He was canvasing our neighborhood and I happened to be in the driveway when he stopped by. Cal offered to inspect our roof. After inspection, to my surprise, he shared our roof did NOT have any hail damage and repair services were NOT warranted at the time. This goes to show he is an exceptional, class act man. He's not trying to make a quick buck off local residents. He truly does his job as an inspector well. Because of this, I highly recommend Cal with TRUST Roofing & Restoration for all your roofing needs. I know I will reach out to him when the time comes for our roof, and I hope you do the same.

Trust roofing goes above and beyond just replacing your roof. Callum Merkowitz was there when the insurance claims representative came to inspect the roof. When that same representative forgot to include the gutters in the quote, Cal came out and took additional pictures and submitted them to the insurance company to amend their original estimate. Cal knows how to take photos for insurance companies, and he also knows the correct terminology that insurance companies use to help with insurance claims. Cal will go the extra mile on your behalf to get you the kind of insurance coverage needed to provide you with the perfect roof over your head.Cal is always very quick to respond to voice mails and text messages. When the roofers were working, he dropped in several times a day to make sure everything was going smoothly. The cleanup crew did an excellent job as well. They swept the ground with a magnet so that all nails were picked up, so that our pet and tires were safe.The other contractors that Trust Roofing Company works with, like skylights and gutters, are also excellent. They also made sure we are pleased with their products and workmanship.Callum Merkowitz and his entire company are both honest and trustworthy. Trust Roofing is definitely named correctly. Cal and his crew did my roof this past weekend. We came back to a competed job and zero mess to be seen. Cal came out the day after the job was competed to inspect the work for himself. Calihan made my roof replacement experience fantastic. I, like most, was at a loss for who to trust when it came to assessing and replacing my hail damaged roof. Cal ,owner of Trust roofing was the Salesman at the time when my roof needed replacement due to hail damage. He was here to meet with the insurance adjustor, answered all of my questions regarding upgrading to impact resistant shingles, scheduling the installation and following up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Callahan and his crew are as professional and thorough as one will find! They were in constant communication and the detail to work was absolutely amazing. Having three dogs I felt that the team went out of their way to be extra careful and considerate while installing the roof. They did an amazing job and the house looks brand new again!
