We had this company install our sun tubes in the house years ago, it was done very well and we were very happy. Recently, one of the tubes started transmitting less light so I called Westers (got to voicemail) if anything can be done about it. The same day they returned my call, and 24 hours later Will was in the house with his tools, he quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it - at no charge! This is when you realize that they value the reputation of the company most of all! Highly recommend this local business when you look for good quality, responsive work on your roofs or gutters or sun windows! I had a great experience with Will today. Will arrived on time and same day due to a leak in my roof. He was professional and courteous. Will explained all the issues and potential problems that could cause the leak before proceeding to go on the roof. Once on the roof Will was easily able to diagnose the leak and fix the issue. He explained things very clearly, explained future maintenance tips, and did not try to sell me any additional services I did not need. Existing customers from when we had our roof replaced after the 2019 hail storm. So when Sunday's heavy rains revealed a slight leak from a bathroom light fixture, gave Westers a call. Will came out next day, resealed the guilty vent and was on his way. No charge. Good reliable family business and works great with our insurance company!

We had multiple leaks from a skylight and entryway to our home and had a different company do the repair. After 3 attempts last year, this spring has shown all the leaks returned. I was referred Westers by my contractor, and Will came out the next day to have a look. He quickly identified multiple places where the previous workers neglected to pay attention to details (like sealing nails, shingles, flashing, etc.) and did what he could at the moment, as it was in the middle of a stretch of rainy days. With one call-back the next day, he returned to quickly identify and fix the remaining issues. He even called back a few days later to check in on the leak, which assured us we had found the right company that cares about their work! This company is top-notch. Whether you need or want something small like gutter cleaning or a skylight or need a full roof repair/replacement, call. They will treat you expediently and fairly regardless of the size of the project.They did a simple repair expediently in December because of wind damage to a portion of my 20-year old roof. After more high wind damage this past spring, I decided to replace the roof shingles along with those on a detached garage (to match the shingles). Their 4-man crew replaced both roofs in 2 days with minimal time between estimate and completion. The crew was organized, efficient, tidy, prompt, and friendly.Will and Kelsey are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also helped me work through the insurance process. This is an excellent company with very good attention to the customer. Liz is very professional always providing a person who is easy to contact and pass on any concern. John has many years of looking at hundreds/thousands of roofs and will provide a quick assessment of your roof status and estimate the repair or replacement needed. Brooks is a very nice person who will fine tune the estimate, work with your insurance company to get them to understand and cover the needed repair and finally coordinate their very responsible crews who have an excellent work ethic working until dark most every night.

Due to a previous inspection of our roof and a recent finding with our HVAC that may involve a roof vent, I called Westers and 2 additional roofing companies to assess our roof and provide an estimate. Prior to calling any of them, I had researched all on BBB, google reviews, and determined how long each had been in business.Westers responded quickly to my email for a complimentary assessment, came to our house within 2 days, and evaluated our roof. The roofer, Brooks, was thorough, found three areas that needed caulking and caulked them, took photos to show me the issues, and gave me the report our roof was looking good at this point and estimated another 5-7 years on it. He discussed the HVAC vent and skylight condensation issues I queried him about. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. I highly recommend this company.
