Billy Boff did an amazing job installing new flooring in my condo. Billy is professional, quick, thorough and super detail oriented. When I hired him, he took time to explain the process, but I didn’t feel like he “manplained” to me . We had to swap out materials at one point, and he took care of all of that. As well, he paid attention to finishing details that I would have completely missed, but that make all the difference. Hire this guy!

Lance replaced a warped post for our deck, a threshold for our back door, and fixed a hole in an internal bead-board wall - the latter with a creative solution that also gained us some storage space. Hourly labor charge, work took about as long as he estimated. He communicated clearly what his plans were, and what adjustments he ended making and why. Also worth noting in this time that both he and his partner/son also respected social distancing/mask wearing guidelines. We'll definitely look to do business with him again.

I am a local Realtor and was referred to Lance Wolf when another contractor bailed on me. I had a house under contract for my brother which needed several repairs completed in order to close. The worked consisted of repairing/staining cedar siding & tearing down an old deck. Lance did an excellent job and was very timely. Lance recently helped my dad who is selling his home and needed some repairs done to a concrete pillar in his crawl space. Again Lance did an excellent job and was extremely reasonable. I greatly appreciate Lance's reliability and professionalism. I will continue to call Lance whenever the need arises and won't hesitate to refer him out.

Lance Wolf has completed several home repair projects for me in 2 different homes!! There are several reasons he has worked on the home I was selling and the home I recently purchased...Lance responds immediately, gives a free and reasonable cost estimate of each job, does the necessary repairs in the most cost effective way and completes his work as promised in a very timely manner!! Mr. Wolf repaired my ceiling: patched, repaired and painted a large, deep hole in some drywall...you could not see the repair when he finished!! He patched and repaired my concrete front step, shoring it up and stabilizing the stoop and steps! Most recently Lance did a beautiful job repairing my granite countertop and plumbing and repairing a commode in my new home. I recently needed to have a lot of work done in preparation for the sale of my house. Lance of Wolf Brothers did an overview of the work to be done and gave me reasonable estimates for everything. His work consisted of fixing the backyard fence that was falling down in several places, pressure washing, sanding and painting the back deck, painting the entire interior of the house which included wall prep, and repairing a door frame, painting bare spots on the outside of the house, caulking, adding support to the garage door opener, installing new smoke and CO detectors and many other small projects. His work was done quickly, but with outstanding care to details. His charges were very reasonable. Plus, he was a pleasure to talk to and work with. I would definitely hire Wolf Brothers again and I strongly recommend them.

Lance is great! He came out to remove a doggie door, replace the siding, and mud wall the interior garage wall. When we first reviewed the project he described how he wanted to do the exterior siding. It all sounded perfect. The day of the project, he showed up on time, ready to start, with all the materials needed. When he started to do the siding he decided it just wasn't going to look as good as it could, so he quickly redesigned the original idea to extend the siding so it matched the rest of the exterior wall. It turned out much better than the original proposal. Now you cannot even tell there was anything ever there or any work done to the exterior side of the house or the interior of the garage. Seems like in today's economy, contractors are not interested in the smaller jobs. We had a hard time getting a bid on our deck. Wolf Brothers we're eager to help us. They were able to stop by after a hard Day's work, spend some time with us going over some ideas and putting together a plan. Their work is top-notch. They put great pride what they do.
