After spending over 30K to have Ascend install a new roof here in Dillon, CO., we now have leaks, heat tape that doesn’t work, and water damage to the interior of our home. The new roof is a major problem and we are definitely worse off after Ascend installed the new shingled roof. Attempts to have this repaired under Mike’s warranty have been met with silence, or guarantees that someone will show-up, but never does. We are now forced to hire legal counsel. We will follow-up with another review to let potential customer’s of Ascend know the outcome. It is hard to comprehend how contractor’s don’t understand the importance of taking care of customers after they receive payment. You make your own choice on whether to use or not use Ascend. We however cannot recommend them for any kind of work. It is possible that they went out of business and that would explain the ghosting.

Mike remediated some original work to our home in Breck that was sub-par and resulted in an unfortunate leak. He was quick to respond and did a great job fixing the root cause of the leak and replacing shingles as the sun was setting. Finishing when it was getting dark. His roof reports are thorough and client communication great.

Ascend Restoration Solutions out of Leadville, Colorado, replaced the flatroof part of our Breckenridge mountain home roof as well as repairedadditional areas of our roof, which will extend its life.
