Kevin is knowledgeable and super nice to work with. He was very helpful guiding our decisions about the roof, gutters, and heat tape. G&G also installed new heat tape and repaired a leaking gutter. Very disappointed with Nick @ G&G roofing. He, and his crews damaged my property, left trash everywhere, installed damaged-or they damaged vent hoods, and did not seal all exposed flashing nail heads. Even arguing with me, demanding pictures. I would leave 0 stars if possible.Despite numerous requests for follow up, me providing requested pix, and Nick promising to come by to fix things more than once...3mo later I still got property that is damaged, a bag of trash to take out, and a roof not sealed against the weather.(they even drove a nail into the bathroom vent, causing it to sieze)I will recommend taking your business elsewhere.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof installation

G&G Roofing replaced our roof last July. Our's is a very large roof very high of the ground with many different pitches and valleys. The team that came in was tremendous and efficient. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and safety. The workers were harnessed in to anchors on the roof. As the work was being done there was always someone going around picking up every last nails or piece of scrap during the removal. The job was completed in a very timely matter and when it was completed the place was spotless. Our roof was over 20 years old and was in dire need of some help. G & G Roofing came and did a great job. We technically had 2 separate roofs that needed replacing, the house roof (low incline) and the garage roof (flat). The garage roof was in really bad shape as it had many holes in it and the gypsum was water logged. It was a disaster. Nick from G & G Roofing helped us with a new design that increased the elevation on one side of the of the flat roof to improve the water removal in the spring and prevent and water from leaking into the garage. It also helped us remove the ice build up that would occur every spring in front of the garage doors. We had some problems with a leaking roof. I called G&G roofing and left a message on voice mail. I was very surprised at how quickly I received a call back and even more surprised at how quickly someone came out to inspect our problem. The news was not good as we needed quite a bit of work done but Nick, the owner of G&G explained all of our options and helped us find the best quality and yet economical solution. The crew that came out to do the job were very pleasant, clean and fast, hard workers! It took 3 days to do the work and each day they left our property very clean with out even a stray nail left behind! Pretty amazing! Our new roof looks fantastic! And the snow slides right off of it! I have worked with G&G Roofing, and Nick the owner, on a number of roofing projects in Breck. We had huge blue spruce come down on our garage and they were prompt and efficient with the removal of the old roof, structural repairs and re-roofing of the garage before the 1st snowfall. We also had them take on a large project of the main townhome building. They stripped the old roof down to the rafters, built new eaves, installed new decking & foam insulation panels, raised seam metal roof and snow retention bars. Throughout the process, battling through COVID, supply shortages, and HOA processes Nick worked with us on every decision and change order. He kept us informed, and when there was an issue, he addressed it.Its hard to find quality contractors in Breck that appreciate your business, that are prompt, responsive and don't promise what they can't deliver. Unlike most interaction with service companies I can honestly say that my experience with G&G Roofing was great (other than spending money to make sure your roof doesn't collapse - not G&G fault)!! From my first phone call with Nick Potochnick to the final screw being drilled into the roof, the service, response, work, consult, and everything else associated with the work that G&G did was outstanding and efficient. The work agreed to was done in short-order and was not one penny more than what was quoted (when does that happen?). And Nick and his crew let us know of problems with items associated with the roof but were not something they could take care of - there was no hard-selling of work outside the initial work order. I own one unit of a duplex outside of Breckenridge - house and roof were about 16 years old and in need of significant repair. Was referred to G&G Roofing from one of my neighbors who said they did good and reliable work. Not the cheapest, but high quality and extremely dependable - which is super important in the mountain communities of Summit County. The owner, Nick, stopped by to inspect the roof and my duplex-mate neighbor and I decided to bite the bullet and go for a complete new roof. Nick's crew got to work just before the weather turned for the winter and with some unavoidable weather delays, were able to get the work done just in time for the winter. Materials were top-rate, the crews worked hard and cleaned-up after each day's work. I was told by some locals that there were only 2 or 3 roofing contractors that did good work, were reliable and responsive. I really can't say enough good things about G&G. We are full time, year round residents in Frisco and have had to call on G&G a couple of times now to help with roof repairs. Like most contractors in the county, they are very busy, but always show up and get the job done well. If the situation isn't an emergency, you may be a little further down the list. However, patience is a virtue in Summit County, especially if you want the right, best people to do the work. From woman who answers the phone, to they guys who show up to do the work, they couldn't be more friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would certainly recommend G&G to anyone in need of roof work.

My 22 year old roof on my second home in Frisco needed to be replaced. It had leaked into my ceiling and had wind and snow damage. Nick was prompt in responding to my request for a quote and worked with my insurance company to communicate issues not addressed by adjustor. Our property caretaker recommended G&G last fall after high winds blew some shingles off the roof. Upon inspection, they also suggested some vent pipe boots be replaced and the related shingles replaced.
