They handled all of the design, permitting, engineering while coordinating with Xcel, and changes at our request. The installation was painless and the crew arrived on time and were very efficient. Entire team at Best Roof and Solar worked very well together. Answered all of our questions as soon as we had them. They replaced our roof last summer after the hail storm. Ozge is the best! Normally I don't answer the door for reps but for whatever reason I felt called to. She was super nice and welcoming and I could tell she didn't have an agenda. She was there to give me the information and help in any way she could. So I set up an appointment with her same day. She came back and explained everything in detail and broke it down for me in a way I could understand. I was more than excited to apply for panels when I understood that I could actually be eligible!Even though I wasn't approved, she was still nice enough to come up with a plan to help my eligibility. That is someone who is truly dedicated to helping people. I will be doing my homework and reconnecting with her to see if I can be approved. Thank you Ozge!!

As an engineer, I took pride in researching over a dozen different solar companies. I was quite pleased with Best, who had the highest quality panels in the market. (Look it up) but also had the best price. If other solar companies aren't making it work for you, don't give up on solar just yet, give these guys a shot. If anyone can make it work its them.

We are thrilled to have chosen them to do our roof and solar. Our roof was replaced two weeks after we handed over our insurance check. Solar took 6 weeks which was sooner than we expected. Xcel was on site to turn on our system 5days after inspection! Best does an amazing job from communicating with installers to xcel and keeping homeowners un the loop. Katie made sure to connect our monitoring portaal. Our panels produce more than we use and we look forward to finding ways of using our surplus and also save on our gas bill. They really want to take care of homeowners and you can tell from initial visit to the end. We will be referring them everyone we know who is looking for roof or solar.

Got my system last year and the process went exactly as described. I’ll be getting my tax credit this April and my Xcel electricity bill has gone to $0 just as I was promised.I do think my appointment could have been a little shorter but I appreciate how diligent Alberto was with making sure I understood everything clearly before moving forward.
